Hotel Horstmann Münster

The location was excellent, situated close to the prettiest part of the city and just a short distance from the station. The room was quiet and had a great view!

The pillowcases had stains on them, the chairs looked dated, the curtains had holes in them; the room was incredibly cold, so cold in fact that I had to confirm with the staff if the AC settings were correct. They gave me an electric heater instead

Great hotel. Close to the train station and right beside a Christmas market. The room has great storage, a kettle, coffee machine and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has great storage, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and well organized.

All good.

The building, the staf, the location, breakfast.

Climate control in the room and bathroom. Price.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.

The room we were initially given had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains. We notified the hotel staff and they were unable to move us the first night due to all rooms being full, but they moved us into a different, nicer room the next night and it was extremely comfortable. They did go above and beyond to correct the issue.

Good location. Clean and tidy hotel. Car park is just below.

Expensive

Central and modern

I was fined for parking in the car park!

Amazing hotel - convenient location (next to the city historical and shopping center), clean roomy room, very variety of choices for breakfast, friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, the parking garage was extremely convenient, and the room was very spacious.

A little noisy at night which was exacerbated by the fact that we had to keep the window open to cool the room off.

Excellent location, easy parking, modern rooms.

It was a little over priced in my opinion.

Good location.Direct connection to the parking lot.

Even with closed windows it was noisy outside. Not possible to connect the phone to the tv for streaming. It is know when the peak time for breakfast is but hotel is not prepared (lack of personal and not enough food).

Very clean, modern room, nothing to complain.

The breakfast had a somewhat limited selection of dishes, but honestly I was a bit late, so maybe my own fault.

There is girl on reception she was v.good&kind called Diana

Location and staff friendliness

Price of parking

Very good breakfast, really enjoyed it.

Please don't clean out our room before we have actually checked out! I know we emptied it and went for a walk, but I would have liked to have a final shower and checkout time was much later

Top location and solid quiet comfort. High ceilings, great beds and parking just below on good public garage. Everything one looks for in a hotel stay in this lovely city.

Location of hotel n centre

Separate buildings having to walk on street a distance from room to front desk and facilities.Information on website about parking does not show it is a public parking.

Convenient location

Unfriendly and/or unexperienced and/or unprofessional staffTechnical problems with the room door, not professionally handled by the staffThe atmospherically coldest room I ever stayed at (and I have travelled a lot!)

Every thing. Location. Room. Staff shower. What a brilliant hotel. Best I’ve stayed I. For years.

I stayed for too short a time
