Best Western Premier Seehotel Krautkrämer

Very clean, beautiful location. Very nice food, breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful stuff. I liked atmosphere in general and design of hotel overall.

Not sound proof. But it is understandable because hotel was build many years ago.

Hotel is in urgent need of full renovation, out of date room, stained carpets, stained bathroom tiles, etc....

Very good service, polite staff. Great wellness facilities. Premium rooms have a beautiful view. You can walk in nature next to hotel.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Helped us booked our bus and train tickets. Ordered us taxis and helped sorted out the cost too. The rooms were brilliant and the kids loved the facilities. Breakfast was okay. The view was fantastic ?. Free hot and cold drinks at the leisure centre. Free robes and footwear to use in the swimming pool area. Great relaxing area in the swimming pool area.

Getting to the hotel in public transport was not very good. After that we got a taxi and then a train to the central. The hotel didn't have vegetarian sausages. The rooms weren't next to each other as they were very busy when we came. The swimming pool was cold and not heated but we still used it. ?

Unfortunately we were relocated to another hotel due to room renovations. The other hotel was decent but not as good as the original. Courtesy dinner was acceptable.

The staff were exceptionally helpful & did their best to speak English, mixed with my broken German, we managed just fine. On asking directions to various places, I couldn't fault them, thankyou :-)

9 Euro's for parking was not expected. The outdoor lighting during the hours of darkness was not good & the cars in the car park were always in the dark.I see comments about a bar, but have no idea this existed.The evening menu was the same & very limited for the 4 days we stayed there but it was of reasonably good quality, even if it was a bit on the expensive side for what was actually served up.

What a surprisingly beautiful location and great to hire bikes, cycling by the river.

Reception staff, let us park our motorbike outside main doors as we were concerned about security. All staff very nice.

The evening buffet was WAY too expensive compared to the quality of the dishes!Our room had a messy balcony with no cleaning regarding spiders and stuff. We saw the maids cleaning other balconies. Our balcony was a wild-life.

No windows in the sleeping area

I was travelling with my dog, so I really appreciated the fact that they made my dog very welcome, and the location is great for walking. It was really nice to have dinner in the restaurant with my dog beside me. 

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. It has very polite and friendly staff. Nice pool, but the sauna was turned off and I did not have a chance to use it as I was staying only for a night. 1 night is not enough to enjoy the hotel and all its infrastructure. 2-3 nights would be perfect.

It is located far from the city and there is no option of reaching the hotel by walking from the central station. In the late evening it was almost impossible to catch a taxi and we had to call the hotel for the help. The good thing is that they helped quickly.

Location was fantastic. Staff were friendly.

Having to pay to park, even as a disabled guest is not great. I asked about this upon checking out. The receptionist suggested that it was a free service but then liaised with a colleague and charged €9 per day. Disabled parking should be free.

Excellent food breakfast and lunch. Friendly and well mannered staff. Lovely view. Relaxing experience all round.

Expensive parking without reason ( there were free parking options 10m away with the same security standards, there were renovation works on the upper floors causing some noise.

The hotel is located in the forest and by the lake. It is a beautiful environment and it is quiet. The hotel itself is well maintained. It's very clean. The beds were lovely. There is an automatic coffee maker for grinded coffee, which is great.

I personally missed the fresh orange juice at breakfast. There is orange juice, but it is not freshly squeezed. It is still a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Münster, keep that in mind. Since you are in the middle of the forest, there are no electric scooters available nearby.

the location was great for what we needed , and the staff were super helpfull

well, i called with the measurements of my 2 friends and the size of the wheelchairs they use... when we arrived we had a little wait no problem we had coffee but when one of my wheelchair friends wanted the WC there was not one on the same floor and we had no room yet so she had to find a way downstairs to the basemen toilets... not a good start .. when we got our rooms we found that the ladies and their wheelchairs could not get into the wash/bath/toilet room in the room. also not in the next room they offered us... however, 1 hour later my friends were offered a suite to use for the time we were there. i was sent a mail 2 days before we were due to travel that there was building work being done but it would not trouble us ... but it did ...

Horrible

Booked for two, but at the place they told me i only booked for one, so they charge me extra money! The rooms are old! The swimming pool was very cold! The food in the hotel was overpriced and not good at all! Overall it was not a nice experience!

Very nice place and absolutely adorable staff. I did get lost in the woods surrounding the lake - do be careful (or try not to be a dork and actually look where you're going). Breakfast was superb I had eaten to enough to go on with the 8hrs drive back home.

Never going again

I accidentally booked twice our stay. No one called or found it odd to have two reservations for the same dates, the same amount of people and the same name. We finally arrived and they told us at the counter, but the free cancellation period was over. They made me pay for the two rooms, which I find unacceptable.
