The location close to the main station opposite the hotel was very useful. The shower was very good - clean and right temperature.

The room should have been a little bit bigger.

The stay was satisfactory overall. The quality of the room was good, and the price was reasonable for what we received. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. A solid choice for a comfortable and affordable stay

Well appointed and comfortable room with small refrigerator and electric kettle - both of which were much appreciated. Great location across the road from the train station, and an easy walk to Münster's sights.

Perhaps it's an older building as I could hear into the rooms next to me.

TV and water did not work temporarily during my stay and I was not informed nor reimbursed for this inconvenience

Conveniently located in the city centre, right in front of the station, this is a no-frills but clean, comfortable, and very pleasant hotel, perfect for a business trip or a short stay. It is great value for money, there is competent, fast and helpful staff and the breakfast is also very good.

Conveniently located in the city center, you can still have a burger open until 2 or 3 am, if you arrive late. Clean and functional as most of German hotels.

Room was noisy as on the street side and above a night shop. Very ascetic room, but this one even didn't have a complementary bottle of water, as even much more modest hotels usually have.

Excellent location, across the road from the station.Comfortable and clean.Room had a fridge and air conditioning.

Would have preferred a rainfall shower if possible rather than a handheld one.WiFi could be improved as could be slow at times.

Bad smell in reception dining area and also later they claimed I did not pay for breakfast when I had paid!

Pay attention!! The hotel overall is quite ok. Rooms are small. BUT!! BIG PROBLEM WITH THE SHOWER. NO WATER AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING. They say if too many people do the shower at the same time. This is not possible the hotel was not fully booked. But we were without water. Try to avoid this hotel.

The staff is so friendly and good ! I can’t thank them enough for making my stay the best! I requested them to change my room and they did it without any questions and once I drop some cola on the bed in the middle of the night , they even replaced the sheets with a smile ! I really loved the stay and excellent staff!

LOCATION IS PERFECT, VERY NEAR TO THE TRAIN STATION. CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE. RECEPTION STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND COOPERATIVE. NEAT AND CLEAN ROOM & BATHROOM. STRONG W.I.F.I.BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT FOR EURO 14,00 IS NOT WORTH (EXPENSIVE). SHOULD NOT COST MORE THAN EURO 10,00 MAXIMUM

Location is optimal, right next to the train station, everything is easily reachable on foot. Perfectly sufficient for one or two nights, the beds were comfortable as well. The room was clean, and the price was also reasonable.

The pillows could be more comfortable.

Location is very good, very near to the train station. Room size was pretty good. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillow. The breakfast was very good. the reception staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel was good.. It was nearby the station.

Pillows were not good. It was fluffy… Bathroom doors was broken. But i was there for one night stay.so it was ok for me.
