The best restaurant I had during the one week trip in Holland! Elegant room! Friendly staff. Great location !
Breakfast is a bit simple.
Room was clean and modern.
Furniture was OK. No luggage rack. Had to leave suitcases on the floor. More towels would be nice. We had 2 bath and 1 hand towel. No face cloths.
Location close to the palace and the Veluwe . Good breakfast , decent rooms
Tasteless building without atmosphere . Self check in and being inundated with emails prior to, during and after the stay
Very comfortable rooms, great location
It was quite noisy at night. Sounded like a ventilation system or plumbing
the room ,the locatin, the staff, the lounge and my husband liked the gym and sauna
the pool was closed unfortunately
Rooms are large and great, hotel is cold, staff are warm and friendly. Very strange way to have room cleaned, have to book. Breakfasts are good, restaurant also but limited menu. Uber eats covers this limitation. More of a short stay tourist hotel than a business one
Nice modern rooms.
Unfortunately the swimmingpool was closed because of renovations but we were informed on time.
Rooms are a good size and always clean and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. We particularly like the inclusion of "Steve's Mum's bread pudding"! Bar staff are very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was superb - the best we have had in any hotel and possibly anywhere!
We had to struggle with the heating/air conditioning in our room. It was a cool December night. Whatever we did made little difference. We reported this at check out. Another person in our family in a different room had no problem.
Noisy rooms
No sound proofing at all. Lots of noise from other rooms and the hallway.
Breakfast was great! Room was excellent (except for the fact that we requested for 2 single beds), however it was still a great experience =)
requested for a double bed but that was not fullfilled. But that happens sometime.
I am positively surprised by all the vegan options at the breakfast buffet. There was plant based cheese, soya yoghurt, different types of plant based milk, besides bread and jam, peanut butter, etc. Very nice! :D The Family Room was perfect for our group of two adults and two kids, quite a lot of space, actually. Very clean! The stuff is very friendly :) The location is perfect for visiting Peleis het Loo.
Comfortable and clean
My room has a view in a ugly terrasse
The breakfast was excellent and good to be able to meet with colleagues
The swimming pool was closed which I did not realise. Apparently we were told, but as it was a non-refundable booking there was nothing we could do about it.
Friendliness of the staff, comfort of the bed, excellence of the food in the restaurant and the location (being so close to Het Loo).
The fact that we only stayed 3 nights!
All good
It would be nice to have ordinary English teabags - PG or Yorkshire - and UHT milk.
Room/breakfast
Front desk staff were not friendly the majority of our stay. Never greeted unless manager was around. It was never like this on previous stays here.
The junior suite was spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an extensive range of food and delicious breads. The staff is friendly and accommodated every wish we had. Definitely would go here again and recommend this place!
