Pros +
- Atmosphere in restaurant
- Incredibly friendly staff, food was amazing and decor really tastefully done.
- The breakfast was very good and served in a very delicat way. The room we sat in was cosy, homely and tastefully furnished.
Cons -
- Windows in my room (roof windows) were too old, for sustainability reasons it would be better to exchange them and have new ones so the temperature stays in the room and doesn't go out.
- Some of the rooms were a little small and tight
- The bathroom was nice but the shower not very functional as water flooded all over the floor. We had to ask for towels to use to dry.

Perfect location and good walking Staff lovelyFood excellent Room very comfortable
Everything was first class. The hospitality was wonderful as was the evening meal and breakfast. Great walking from the hotel. Very dog friendly hotel.
We would have liked coffee/tea making facility in the room.
Beautiful breakfast, stunning location & friendly welcoming staff.
Room was extremely warm and dated. There was a strong light on the building opposite that stayed on all night and shone brightly through the curtains. Bathroom was so small the toilet became part of the wet room, no shower curtain and the head didn’t stay in place with water pressure.
Authentic, surroundings, staff, decoration
Not soundproof at all, small rooms, broken window, toilet seat lose, paid extra for upgrade to ground floor with a lot of people walking by our windows and terrace door
amazing location, dog friendly. amazing breakfast, cozy interior and friendly staff.
room finishes could be a bit better.
beautiful room, fabulous bed! Very nice continental breakfast. In-house restaurant is very good. This is a very dog friendly property! Dogs are welcome in the rooms and the restaurant as well. The location in the forest is lovely, great for walks.
An excellent hotel with an excellent staff and restaurant!
