The location is not in the city center, but it’s still convenient. You can feel the fresh air and mild wind even on a hot day. The rooms are spacious.
The facilities are quite old and need renovation. The hotel is overcrowded, and the size of the pools and restaurants is insufficient for a relaxing holiday. There are hidden costs involved. For instance, they don’t provide drinking water to the rooms after the first day, and bottled water is expensive inside the hotel. They also charge a deposit for simple items like towels and garage cards. Only a few staff members speak English.
The staff were really friendly. The emphasis on the entertainment for families was great. If with a family there is plenty for the There was a good number of facilities including an onsite grocery store, fish spa etc. Additionally, there was a frequent air conditioned coach to take guests into the town centre as well as the beach.
The food wasn't great, I wouldn't go for the all-inclusive option on this basis.
My daughter and I had the most amazing time at the hotel. There was a lot of older guests the week we stayed lots of celebration taking place but it was lovely. It was busy at the buffet very popular, We were helped by lovely members of staff, Borja,Imed and Christian they were amazing. The people all around were very nice. The facilities was good. The buffet was reasonable. It was a good all-rounder. The shuttle bus was very handy we often made 2 trips per day on it. I would recommend.
The hotel is huge. Everything about it is huge. I was abolutely blown away about the size of the room and the bed. We even had an extra couch. Therefore, that room could fit at least 5-6 persons. Besides that, the breakfast area is also huge. The food selection is also extremely varied and the staff is super nice and helpful. Bathroom was fine, nothing fancy. Good water pressure at the shower. Everything was clean and fresh. It is also relatively close to a variety of shops and not so far away from the beach (about 20-25 minutes walking). Also, a bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so getting to Malaga or the Airport is quite convenient. The train station is also quite close (about 10 minutes walking). Regarding food at the breakfast, I was impressed. They had a lot of variety and a lot of fresh fruit. There was also an open kitchen where a cook would prepare meals on the spot. I really liked that. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner (20 euro/person) and it's all-you-can-eat (drinks and dessert included). It was simply amazing.
There are some small things that the hotel management could improve on: the furniture in the room and the bathroom is rather old. It's still functional, but for a 4-stars hotel, I would have expected better. The elevators are also a bit wonky: besides the fact that they are rather small, they are also quite brutal. When they stop at the desired floor, they would jerk and rattle. At first I actually panicked a bit. Then took the stairs. Also, the windows (which are floor to ceiling) needs a bit of checking: on one night it rained heavily and a lot of water seeped under the window, into the room. Maintenance was quick to get the water out, but still.... seems weird that a 4 stars hotel has this problem.
Service & cleaning
Food & early breakfast poor
Breakfast and dinner was good and tasty . Swimmingpool also was ok
The hotel is located very far from the beach and the walk is difficult due to the expressway. Although there are hotel buses, there are so many guests that not everyone can fit. The meals in the restaurant are good and there is a large selection. The pool is quite pleasant. The service in the hotel is indifferent. During our stay, we had an incident. Six people from our group got stuck in the elevator, for 10 minutes no one helped us or opened the door. The lady who received the alarm in the elevator asked us for the postal code and street. Zero professionalism. When we ran out of air, I decided to forcefully open the elevator. It worked. After reporting it twice verbally and three times to the hotel address, no one answered us and the service was indifferent to our problems (two ladies had to use medical help). The elevator was not closed after this incident! I believe that this situation threatens the health and life of tourists and it should be reported to the police. Be careful with the elevators in this hotel, because it can end tragically.

Good location.
Old fasion interior.Poor breakfast.Scary elevators.
The room was very nice. Spacious, clean and bright. The bed was comfortableThe buffet was good value for money for breakfast and dinner.
Spacious rooms, lovely food, great staff (but need more, very busy hotel,
The large pool area, extremely slippery.
Fantastic choice for food. I'm vegetarian and there was always something for me to eat, which is extremely rare unless it's just salad and pasta. There was always something happening to keep the whole family entertained, from foam parties to water polo. The free shuttle to town and the beach was great and very prompt. Staff were so lovely, particularly the gent who greets you in he restaurant. Great distance from the airport.
Other people's ferral kids haha! Can't get away from them no matter where you go
Breakfast was great!!Excellent choices and always plentiful Staff were fabulous
Nothing really everything was fab
Clean and friendly helpful staff
A bit too noisy generally and food could have been better
We loved this hotel. We went Al inc and the food was amazing with plenty of choice. Wine, lager and soft drinks are on tap. Brilliant entertainment. 2 adults pools and a childs pool with a splash park. Entertainment in the day around the pool. We had a big room with comfortable beds. Shuttle bus 5 minutes walk takes you to Torremolinos Town and also to the beach. Aldi and Lidl 20 mins walk. Staff are amazing and work very hard. Ideal for couples or families.
Nothing that we didn't like. Loved everything.
I liked the free buss that took us to center and beach. The pool area was fun for children and childrens disko was nice.
Cockroaches in the restaurant and lobby. Breakfast was bland.
pool
buffet breakfast was horrible, no AC
