Very nice hotel, nice location and the room was spacious and clean.

- nice attentive staff- very nice pool, jacuzzi and pool bar - the whole area was nice, clean and big enough - good breakfast options- nice view from the room - close to the beach ( 7 minute walk)

- maybe open the pool a bit more early

Clean, well maintained, helpful staff. Looks just like the photos . Breakfast was great.

Fluorescent lighting in the room. Like many hotels in Europe the room key card must be inserted to turn on electricity in the room. The problem is- that included the room refrigerator. So if you leave for the day the fridge is turned off while you are gone. Asked for an extra room card to keep the fridge on. The staff was happy to accommodate.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy and air-conditioned rooms and nice jacuzzis.

The breakfast was a bit meh and the cocktails could have been a bit better.

Proximity to the beach was excellent and large selection of restaurants that had exceptional food. Pool area was relaxing.

Music from the bar playing through the night wasn't ideal when on a lower floor and took a while to get used to but wasn't a deal breaker and wasn't extremely loud.

Lift was small and clunky and felt unsafe. Should clarify that sea view is distant and immediate view is of busy road

The location is excellent. It’s conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops, the staff are very friendly and helpful, parking is close by and the pool and area is very nice. The rooms also have balconies.

The TVs in the rooms are a bit small.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast buffet had a brilliant selection and the new sun deck is very impressive and modern

Although the hotel advertised as accessable, the lifts are not large enough to accommodate wheelchair users

Fantastic room, lovely personnel, very helpful and forthcoming.

Elevator seemed very dangerous, its not calibrated enough and with big hiccups and often stuck moments where you pray for the best. Pool side on the 1st floor and jacuzzi could have been heated..

Fantastic staff - went out of their way to help me with a twisted knee I needed help and with bookings to other places . They were nice and accommodating and gave good restaurant / tapas recommendations. They tried their best to make me feel comfortable. My room was a junior suite so came with a stunning view - even though past a busy street. I’d recommend this place thought the bar/pool area was a bit dead only because it was start of the season

The doors of the rooms slam when people come in and out this can be jarring. There’s door stoppers but even with them they slam and can really startle you but this happens every morning or night at busy times otherwise it’s okay.

Great location away from the main area of Torremolinos, but still within a short walk. The area here was so nice that we didn't even venture into the centre. Lots of traditional and authentic restaurants and bars in a cute area within a couple of minutes walk. Loved it!! The beach is also just a few minutes walk away and is really good. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We only had breakfast here, and this was excellent with great choices. I will definitely be going back to this hotel for a short cheap break

It was fantastic! The staff were all so nice and helpful. As soon as I arrived (from another hotel that turned out to be a nightmare spot) Mario put me right at ease. He explained the entire facilities, offered to take my luggage and then have me options from going to the pool and relaxing with lunch and a drink or going into town and giving restaurant recommendations. It was kid free, and it was fantastic to enjoy the pool, 3 jacuzzis, ping-pong, pool, nice sun beds and bar in peace. Haha I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and I will return. I met many lovely people. Thank you for making this a great experience. It is a 10-15 minute Uber ride to the Malaga Airport and usually less than €15.

Everything! The room was clean comfortable and functional with super comfy beds! We enjoyed our south facing balcony with amazing sea views. Breakfast had a great selection and we were always welcomed with the most friendly service! Cava with breakfast- yes please! Thank you to all the front desk staff but especially Patricia who helped us with a map and recommendations upon arrival. We were close to everything and loved the location to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We had a great stay and would recommend this property 100%!

Cleaning was terrible. Furniture is not practical at all.

Lovely and lots of fresh food brought around.

The spa tubs were cold as apparently they don’t heat them in Spain?Air conditioning smelt so could not use.

Hotel is lovely, all the balconies overlook pool, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was great and very nice staff they kept walking round offering churros, pancakes etc , also prosecco.Staff friendly and short walk to beach, staff also came round pool mid morning with a watermelon and mint shot drink

Everything about this stay was brilliant. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Got breakfast most days, great buffet selection for €10. Staff still go around with trays offering pancakes or churros and even Cava, on top of everything that is already there. Fantastic.Didn't eat any other meals there so cant comment..Wasn't in the pool but 3 Jacuzzis were brilliant addition. Staff came around with little ice fruit shots that were fab..Room was amazing, spacious, cleaned regularly. Fab Swan made out of towels when we arrived. Great vibe, very clean, will be back. Fantastic hotel.5 minute walk to the cute streets & prom.

Struggled to find a negative so that's a sign in itself. But there are a few buildings around the hotel that are closed, so the street isn't the most appealing. But you are only passing through anyway. Quick walk to the pedestrian streets with great restaurants..
