Clean with large spacious rooms. Decor a little out dated in parts but overall a great feel to the place.The breakfast variety is amazing

Location was perfect. Staff were very nice. Roof top pool bar was very nice. Rooms and hotel in general were kept very clean.

The rooms were so spacious. I loved the area, the easy access to the beach area! Breakfast was great, lots if variety! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Spotlessly clean large light airy bedrooms. Staff fantastic nothing too much trouble.

It would really make a difference to have a few milk sachets just for the first night. If you arrive late or have had a long journey, the last thing you want is to have to go shopping or find a shop open.

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the sea.Also, I had very good service when my bathroom light switch wasn't working. The room cleaner and the technician attended to it immediately.

The lifts are too small and I walked up to the 5th floor. Next time I will ask for a room lower down.However, my case was carried up and down by very helpful staff member.

Perfect position for everything Torromolenos beach front has to offer. Very easy access to vast array of restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool and bathing area was nice albeit I can see it becoming extremely busy in the height of summer. Restaurant was ok and food choice acceptable

Smokers. Sat everywhere round the exit making the ground floor pool and bar area a very unpleasant place to be.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the beach, shops and restaurants. Facilities and food were better than expected and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Absolutely wonderful experience and i'll be returning.

From the greeting at the door, on our arrival, to the personal welcome gift in our room I knew we had struck gold. The staff were all amazing the food was excellent and the facilities perfect. With a 2 minute stroll to the beach, what more could you want for. Cleanliness was obviously a very high priority. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax (although we preferred to sit on the beach and listen to the gentle waves). We have never chosen to eat our evening meal in a hotel before. However, our first night we thought we would give it a try. Outstanding! A huge choice of hot and cold food to choose from with a constant replenishment throughout. The food was excellent. So much so that we ate there every night. Each night there was a different choice so we were definitely spoilt. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we can’t wait for our next visit.

Everything was great, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location with direct access to the beach.

Hotel is a bit dated but every thing works well. The only negative comment I have is it is not a soundproof facility. Very noisy in the evening with the live entertainment. Every time a door opens or closes its a loud clap.

The service was exceptional, it’s close to the beachThe price was great too! Bot bars were great the roof top terrace was beautiful!

Great location, room was nice and pretty clean, staff very friendly, good breakfast buffet (although very busy) and the room and area was very quiet all day and night. Beds were very firm but comfortable for me, it was two single beds. Empty fridge was good for putting your drinks and snacks in. Big TV although only 3 English channels (news only). They gave me a top floor room as I had requested. Connor on reception was friendly and efficient.

Shower kept changing temperature and would suddenly go scalding hot every 30 seconds; the ground floor pool was closed for repairs and the rooftop pool was freezing cold; the hot tub was also freezing cold and unusable(!!); no gym or spa facilities despite it being advertised as 4-star hotel; no air conditioning in the room (apparently only has AC in summer months, despite the room getting really hot in February) therefore had to leave the balcony door open all day and night (thankfully the area is quiet); tiny elevators and one was out of order for the first couple of days I was there. I generally liked my stay but there were too many basic facilities not working properly.

Food was ok but a little uninspiring, mass catering to many tastes I guess, but cost of stay was reasonable so was happy to eat elsewhere by choice.
