We loved the beach front location, spacious room with a partial water view from the balcony, free airport transfer/shuttle and friendly reception staff.

Nothing major but we hoped the kitchen was better equipped (no microwave, kettle nor dishwasher).

Stayed around pool quite busy a shortage of sun parasols when the temperatures got higher in the lady few days of our stay but we managed otherwise it was enjoyable

Parking was the biggest issue. You need more space for the people you intake. Secondly, Everything seems out of date and old. Beds were not very clean. We could smell the oldness of then property from furniture and walls etc.

The apartment was very comfortable, the entertainment was excellent, and the restaurant food was good.

We chose this property as they advertised an airport shuttle. We arrived at the airport by plane and had to return there. As we weren’t flying out but using a different method of transportation from the airport, they refused a return shuttle for us. Misleading advertising, at best.

Room was nice just a bit cold, Great views!

As mentioned a bit cold and breakfast overpriced as it cost the same than lunch menu and there’s a cafe outside the hotel that charges breakfast for 1/2 the price

Location and parking

Zero sound insulation and you could smell cigarettes if you opened windows, the reservation process was a pain it did not recognize that we had submitted our credit info to pre pay through booking and kept threatening to cancel

Was on the sunny side of the hotel, sun from 11-14 during the day on the balcony. The Wifi was relatively reliable and fast, around 50 Mbps. The room was clean and no bugs. Cleaning option every day. Tv. with satisfactorily variety of stations, including English stations. Situated close to the beach and many excellent restaurants nearby. Airport only 10-15 minutes away.

Shower not a walk in but a bathtub option. TV relatively small, around 30". Would have liked to have a oven in the kitchen, or a microwave.

The location is excellent—right in front of the beach and only a pleasant 10-minute uphill walk to the town center. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely setting where it’s served. The room isn’t large, but it has all the essentials, including a table and chairs. The balcony is a nice bonus and adds good value to the stay.

Hotel bar/restaurant should have a waiting list as most of restaurants when they get full.

Good location if you want to be close to the beach. The entertainment in the evening is good and the hotel is clean and has a resort feel. I would definitely return.

This is my second time staying here, and I will come back. I love the atmosphere, the pool is clean and big, and it's only steps from the beach. We love the entertainment in the bar, as well. And it's very close walking distance to many restaurants and chiringuitos. Also a bonus to be able to park on the property for free.

They don't do breakfast or coffee, or if they do, we may have missed it - but it was 10am on a Monday morning in the off season. So it could be that we just didn't know about it. It's very easy to walk to other places for coffee while staying parked at the hotel. Not a problem.

Location, location, location. You will not find better in Torremolinos. Staff are very helpful and . Plenty of parking space for our rented car. Breakfast was nice. Balcony was very useful for morning coffee and evening wine. Although the kitchen is tiny it provides enough for dinner: dishes, cuttlery, hot water, good knife, even bottle opener was a nice surprise. Swimming pool option is great especially for days when sea water is not among the cleanest. Proximity of shops and restaurants.

Thin walls - you can hear your neighbours, their TV set, everything. It's hard to keep a secret there :). Ear plugs are a must. Also you can notice hotel is a bit old. Will need some refurbishing soon.

Sea view was great.Right at the beach.Town centre is on the hill. There is an elevator for 50 cents or steps nearby, just behind the hotel.Very clean room and bathroom. Great cleaning team generally.Double bed made of two single beds but they put a double cover and a sheet. It was comfortable.Kitchen corner is nice - a small fridge with freezer, stove with fan, different dishes. No microwave unfortunately.Laundry self-service - 4.5 euro per wash, neither queues nor booking - just buy a coin at the reception.Live music and shows in the evening were great.

Problem with transfer. We found our transfer (Bravo) and we were on their list, yet they left without us while we were waiting for our luggage. And their colleagues told us it was Bravo's last bus for the day. We argued a lot with a receptionist for a taxi refund. Hotel guys, the argument "it's not us, it's the transfer company" doesn't work, for I booked it on your site. Well, we got our 21 euro back after all.Would be nice to have a dish soap and a sponge cause dish washing is not part of cleaning.No microwave.No drying rack on the balcony.4 euro for a sunbed at the hotel's tiny pool . The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen - both to charge for a hotel sunbed and to queue for it before breakfast when the sea is right there. Well, we were never interested in the pool anyway.Neither beach nor pool towels (even for 4 euro rent :)

- The hotel is worn down and needs a total renovation. - The vibe of the area and the hotel 'breaths' cheap tourism.

Location. Housekeeping.

Rooms are super outdated, overpriced and overrated. Breakfast buffet is expensive and deficient at best. Music is too loud until late night 7 days a week. Pool chairs you have to move yourself and to pay for them each time you want to use them even being a hotel guest. Laundry facilities were inadequate and half of the machines were either out of service or malfunctioning plus they were super old. Staff was NEVER friendly and they charge you for EVERYTHING including the use of your own room safe box. I would NOT recommend this place at all.
