Costa del Sol Torremolinos Hotel

the cleaning crew decided to steal my swimming shorts the second day I was there (hey, they were nice shorts). I gave them a chance to make up for their mistake, but they could not find my shorts.

We chose this to be close to the airport. It was an easy walk down to the beach. The pizza place on the corner nearby was really good.

We booked a room for three adults. The beds were comfortable but the room was tight.

No solutions, no friendly service a big dissapointment.

The description from the standard room was not what we expected, we booked a room with bathtub and coffeemachine to relax but there was none. When we went to ask at the reception, the receptionist she called the manager and talked with her boss on the phone my partner heard her manager say disrespectful things about are complaint on the phone in Arabic( my partner speaks arabic so he heard everything) There was no understanding, no empathy, no solutions and they basicly said, if you dont like it you can leave. Happily we got our money back from booking.com. But as a recently engaged couple this was a big disappointment and not the treatment we were expecting.

La Colima train station was a bit far. Fitness room not to be used during the day because it’s too hot

I liked that it was a smaller boutique like hotel. Nicely furnished and very clean. All the staff were so nice! And they had private parking available with a reasonable fee. Also, very close to Malaga airport !

The area is decent and not crowded, there is off-street parking so that helps, although the hotel charges for parking at their property. Staff were friendly and place is not bad over all.

The pool was outside and felt like no one went there, I had a room with a jacuzzi, but the water was not clean so I didn't really use it. The room was not very clean upon arrival; the beds were not the comfiest as it felt like it needed a mattress onto that was provided.

Convenient location

There were little bugs in the floor in the room, the room had a bad smell. The third bed was uncomfortable felt claustrophobic

The location is fantastic: only a short walk from the paseo maritimo (beach boulevard). The pool was nice and clean. The rooms were modern and clean. The rooftoop was a great place to unwind. If you want a place that's peaceful and quiet but still close to the beach, this is for you.

The room interior felt basic and the TV had no pairing feature for the own device.The outdoor area by the pool could need more plants and maintenance.The photo of the rooftop jacuzzi is misleading (it belongs to a suite and is not accessible to other guests)

Location was amazing, staff and ambiance was good.

Unclean hotel - The beds were extremely hard, I have extreme back pain after sleeping there for 4 days. I also got ringworm and infection from the jacuzzi, water in Jacuzzi had grey turbidity bubbles. The quilt also had brown spots

We stayed in Room 009. I was traveling with my child, and after an early morning flight with no sleep, we were really thankful to be allowed to check in before the official time — that was a big help. Throughout our stay, the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even arranged an airport transfer for us at 4 AM, which we appreciated a lot. Housekeeping came daily, and the room was kept clean.

There were a few issues with the room. It was located next to shared toilets — there was no unpleasant smell, but it didn’t feel very cozy. The sound insulation was quite poor; we could hear noise from the reception and the street. The bathroom had visible limescale and the sink drain needed better cleaning. Also, the bathroom door was difficult to use — it slid like a closet door and once fully closed, we couldn’t open it again easily, so we had to leave it partially open.Breakfast was okay, but quite limited — not much variety and no fresh vegetables.

The beds were not so nice. Really hard and too short and small for us. And during the night the airconditioning was smelling like cigarette-smoke. That was really nasty!

The breakfast (12 euros) was very good. The young lady working there was great. The staff were very friendly and professional.

There was nowhere to put our suitcases and belongings. The room was comfortable but small.

This is a nice hotel close to the airport

Unfortunately we couldn’t benefit from the breakfast as we had to leave before they started serving. However the staff was kind enough to have a coffee and some fruit available.

The Gym was not in good condition, the screens on the threadmills are not working right and the eguipment generally was in poor condition.

Perfect to stay close to airport. Staff helped with booking a taxi the night before, stood waiting putside for us early in the morning (4:40 am).

We needed a place to stay close to the airport that had parking. This hotel fit the bill, although the parking cost an extra 9 Euros per day. The room and facilities were clean and pleasant.

I missed having a kettle for tea and a smart TV - those would have made it perfect.

It's really well located. Few steps from the beach and loads of amenities around the hotel. Staff is really friendly, always trying to make us feel comfortable. The hotel does offer parking but it is also easy to park on the streets around.

We only stayed one night and the hotel was perfectly OK. Easy to find with on-site parking. Walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants
