The breakfast was superb and location was excellent

No body cream in bathroom, expected in a genuine 4 star hotel. Subbed were left empty for hours with towels on. Pool was too cold despite being advertised as heated. We booked purely for the advertised adult area only to discover you have to pay extra!!

I loved the breakfast, staff friendliness, and environment. My daughter and i really enjoyed our stay. They were so thoughtful to send us wine, cake and a lovely birthday note for her birthday.

Views were amazing. Buffet breakfast and lunch were the best I've had. Room was fantastic and kept clean everyday. Direct access to beach. Great location at benalmedina marina. Quiet a walk from torremolinos centre. Loads of restaurants and shops all around.

Pool area quiet small. Adult only pool only for premium guests which I wasn't aware of when booking or a heafty fee to use for the day. Even though there were kids there I would see it as more of an adult hotel.

Modern and clean. Very helpful staff

The parking is a nightmare if you have a car which we did. The restaurant by the beach is not great tasting.

Not notifying guests before they arrive concerning a concert occurring close-by making it very difficult to sleep at night.Pool Bar Staff being rude when ordering drinks, condescendingly informing us that we can go to the happy hour even before we told her what we wanted .She seemed like she just wanted to close the bar, this feeling was further confirmed after she made a really horrible pinacolada which tasted like toilet water.the ones we had the day before were much better and the barman was really friendly, she just wanted to get rid of us asap

Not 4 star level. Breakfast was ok , not great. Rooms good size but sofa bed was worst I ever slept on. Bathrooms not 4 sear level - toilet in terrible location. Bathtub poor. First time in any hotel with no lotion. Just old feel to rooms. Not 4 star. For the price had to pay 1 euro per towel to exchange for fresh one. Staff were friendly tho. But not too many positives except pool area which was nice!!

Buffet is good. Staff is very helpful and nice.

The room was a smaller that expected. The sunbeds at the beach are an extra.

Excellent location,near beach and marina with lots lovely restaurants very nearby. promenade just outside hotel which can bring you to marina in 5 mins or lovely 4/5km walk to tormellinos. Pool area and pool bar/food very nice. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Gorgeous views of the sea. Staff very friendly. Our room had lovely dividing door with tv which was ideal as we had a small baby so at night we could go somewhere separate as they slept.

Not overly accessible. Lots of steps. We had a buggy so in order to get to breakfast we had to get two lifts and at busy times you can wait a while. From our bedroom to the beach/promenade it was three lifts and the lift to the pool bar and promenade were broken so we either had to lift buggy up the steps or walk along the back of the hotel to access promenade that way. We managed so wouldn't not recommend for this reason.

We first got a bottom floor room. Was so small and felt so cramped for the money. We had to pay to upgrade which was a much better room. But rooms need upgrading

Location right on sea front. Happy hour is fun staff nice and breakfast is great

You are about 40 feet higher than the sea which means very windy on sun beds

Location was fantastic - right on the promenade close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great with a wonderful variety with everything replenished immediately.

We stayed in a ground floor suite - I didn’t understand from the booking platform that it was much smaller than the rooms on higher floors or that it didn’t have a balcony. This should be made clearer - for the difference I would have booked a room on an upper floor … I was offered an upgrade for €30 a day upon check in. I felt this was excessive

The location,ambience,staff,cleanliness were all on point every minute of the day.

Some of the soap dispensers in the room bathroom were broken. You can see that really isn‘t such good quality.

The hotel and location on the beach and near restaurants was good.

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard. The room floor was dirty, full of sand from previous occupants I guess. I did ask for it to be cleaned but no one came, if they dis it didn't make a difference. The room was so noisy from the plumbing, I could hear everytime someone in the other rooms flushed. No sound proofing. Althpugh the hotel was nice from the outside, I would not stay here again.

Have stayed at a number of hotels over the years, this hotel and it's staff have set a new bar for other hotels to achieve. It is the first hotel that has a sunbed policy that actually works, well done.Location is great giving you access to distinctly different environments the up market and trendy marina to the cheap and cheerful bars of Monte Mar. I Would strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break in the sun.
