    Pros +

    • Very nice location of the hotel. Food was good. Stuff friendly except guest relation manager described below
    • The hotel is very large, with large pools where you can always find sunbeds, the food is great. There are no late-night events that would interfere with your rest.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • Tiny elevators for so many guests and buffets were very crowded.
    • Swimming pool dirty. Every day evening plenty birds shit inside. For one week never saw swimming pool cleaning, you can see dirt on the bottom. All inclusive working strange way - you don’t have al drinks available in bar only marked as TI and if you order Pina Colada as a All inclusive they will give just from machine some liquid, taste far from original, but if you ordered it and pay they will make for you proper Pina Colada - question if I pay extra to have all inclusive why I receive everything less quality.
    • Parking is complicated by the fact that you have to pay every time you leave and there is no option to simply pay for the entire stay. There is not even free water when ordering lunch and dinner.

    Location

Repeated soundtrack at the pool replayed every 30min was torture. Breakfast room is far too small for the hotel occupancy and the rooms were also too small for the pricing

Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner, proximity to beach. Lots of amenities

dining areas were very noisy - lots of kid groups

Everything was great, the location was perfect. Everything you need for a lazy vacation. Poold were amazing, clean and big.

Little note that the things doesnt get restocked. We used black teas in the first day and we didnt get no more, but thats so little and didnt affect us at all, the hotel is amazing.

    Perfect location, staff was great

Our room smelled, got tired of food

    7AshotPosted on: 9-15-2025

The territory is really big and well equipped, many activities, a lot of pools for every need and direct exit to the beach from the hotel back door. Family suit is very comfortable and big enough.

The food is terrible, I never had such experience when 70% of food is just not tasty at all. 90% of food is always the same during all 3 time meals, and on the top of that most of them where really poor quality, even juice was the cheapest you can find in supermarket. The level of cleanness of glasses and silverware was also not good, once we even got “clean” glasses with lipstick on it, not just one glass, 4 of them.

We loved our stay in this hotel espacially kids. It is very good place for families with kids as they have alot of entertainment for them . Breakfast and dinner was full of variaties, location is super, at a beach and near to the center. (walkab le distance)

Pool wasn't very clean. the price of the hotel is a bit high for its quality

    9shadiPosted on: 8-31-2025

the food and breakfast were awesome

Unnecessary reminders from staff and lobby barman for covering up for sunbathing and smoking but other women are totally naked

    5EleanorPosted on: 8-25-2025

Pool and the staff were all wonderful and friendly

Terrible buffet, AC in room was barely working and the bed sheets were uncomfortable

    6NicolaPosted on: 8-19-2025

The staff has been extremely friendly.

During August, the facilities are undersized compared to the number of guests. Every sunbed by the pool was already taken before opening time (10:00), making it impossible to find a spot during the day. In five days, we could only find a spot at the pool after 18:00, with closing time already at 20:00.The same issue occurred at breakfast. Each morning started with walking back and forth the overcrowded room in search of a free table, then queuing separately for bread, eggs, and other items. Because of the lack of space, whenever we briefly left our table to get food, we often came back to find other guests had taken our chairs or cutlery. We believe this hotel might be pleasant outside of the high season, but unfortunately, it was not the right choice for us, for an August stay.Additionally, we witnessed many guests filling several plates of food at breakfast and then leaving many of them completely untouched. It would be good if the staff were more attentive to this, to avoid so much unnecessary waste.

    Location

    Foodserviceovercrowded (parking, restaurant, sunbed ....)

The location is good, just across the road from the beach and within walking distances of the old town. The cleaning staff do a great job and are constantly working. The reception staff are super friendly. The entertainment staff work hard and I imagine it’s great for people with children. Good choice of food at the buffet. The pool is very large.

The rooms are very dated and could do with a revamp. Parking is quite expensive but there are plenty of free spaces near the hotel. There are limited loungers at the pool which means you have people queuing before 8:30am and then running to get a bed, it’s quite bizarre but if you come after 10 you are lucky to get a bed. There is a good choice of food at the buffet but quite standard regarding quality, nothing memorable.

Beachfront & pool access with great views from the room as well

What I didn’t like was that we had mosquitoes in our room, which made the night a bit uncomfortable. However, the room service was very helpful and provided mosquito spray that we were able to use throughout our stay.

    Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The rooms are outdated, with worn-out beds and mattresses that made for an uncomfortable stay. Closets were difficult to close, and the bathroom plumbing showed its age. Given the nightly rate, the overall condition of the accommodations was far below expectations. Not good value for money.

Fun swimming pools, animation - ?. Fruits, oranges, melons- ?q. Location ?

Small sofa for 2 child. The same breakfast.

    9issaPosted on: 6-7-2025

Excellent for families! It’s really a location where you can plan to stay several days as you have everything: swimming pools, the beach just next by, shows and entertainment, excellent food just next by!

The beds are not very comfortable

    8Nasrin86Posted on: 6-4-2025

The rooms were ok for what we expected, big enough. We did not expect a crip, but it was in the room when we arrived! very family friendly hotel with lots of activities for kids.the pools were really good with the right temperature.

The capacity of the elevators were not a match for the number of rooms and people in the hotel, you could barely feet 4 people in them and quiet old and slow. The air conditioner was not working the first day the second day it was fixed but the fan was noisy, we asked for the maintenance again and finally the third day it was working at it should :)
