The room

They were extremely rude. I called twice to arrange to make the payment then finally after a week I got an e-mail saying you can transfer the money to this bank account. They didn´t know anything about the payment when we arrived and alleged I didn´t pay

We had to change rooms 2 times but the staff was very helpful and did accommodate our requests eventually.Time of the shows are quite late at night and the set up of the room does not allow everyone to see them

Large hotel at very good location, kind personnel, nice big swimming pool, good choice of food in the evening and morning, good value for money.

Quality of the “fruit juice” at breakfast is just plain bad. I certainly do not expect fresh juices for this price but I really advise to change these machines for something better.You have to pay for wifi :(

Pool area was not clean , could done with a power wash on ground around the beds

Cramped around the pool, sun umbrellas were not good enough to provide sufficient shade at the pool, pool was cold, food was only warm in the dining room, and choice of hot food minimal, and not very appetising, view from our balcony?? There was none!! Only 1 bar area and didn’t open till 8pm unless you sat out at the pool till 8, snack bar at the pool was disgraceful, food was left out on a table with no cover , bread, cheese, meat, cakes etc in that heat, only pancakes available in the snack bar after 4.30pm or food that was out in the heat all day,

Entertainment during pool hours very noisy although very interactive with people just so loud couldn’t read a book by the pool

We loved the location, the facilities, the food and drinks.

Only downside was the evening entertainment was more suitable for children than for adults.

Although our room was very clean there was a sewage smell.Not the hotels fault,but the people in the room next door were insanely loud throughout the night i requested a room change to be told I can't have one as no space.So I spend three out of the two nights with about 2 hours sleep per night.

Reception weren't very welcoming from the moment we arrived.Limited sun beds for the size of hotel.

The staff were excellent, we really enjoyed the animators they had, they all did such a good job and obviously enjoyed themselves as well. Every evening something was organised sometimes also spontaneously a quiz or so. Shout-out to Jesus and Krystel and Maxime, as well as the extra bachata and salsa lessons.

The jacuzzi was cold, that was a really sad and unwelcome surprise. Dinner buffet had a lot of options, but the signs indicating what it was were sometimes missing or wrong, and did not include allergens at all.Bathroom had no fan in it, so always had to leave the door open to air it out.

Very clean… and great staff, I truly appreciate the fact that anytime you arrive at the hotel. Everything is already set. My husband joined me on a late flight until 1:30 am, and salad buffet were set for the late arrivals.

My room was a little too far from everything

Previous reviews suggested the food was not great. We found the opposite. The food was excellent, fresh, and always replenished quickly. We were lucky enough to be there for an Asia themed night that was fabulous. The menu included sushi, which was amazing. There was a good selection of drinks for all-inclusive. Also, the room was comfortable and clean. Some previous reviews claimed that the staff were unfriendly, but again, we found the complete opposite. All in all, good value for money and an enjoyable stay.

We are aware that some all-inclusive guests may over indulge; however, there were a few groups of tourists that had clearly had too much and were very loud and unruly. They were sadly disrespectful during the evening Spanish show, and many guests asked them to please respect the professionals. Sadly, the hotel staff did nothing to control it.

As I was on business it was handy having my meals so conveniently. Good standard of food.

My room fronted onto the road in front of the hotel. Unfortunately it is a bit of an echo chamber and my room was noisy at night with people walking up chatting and various modes of traffic

very clean great big rooms with pool and seaview,, good choice of food at all meals,nice staff,lovely big pool but always hard to get a sun bed ,always plenty of sun beds on the terrace on the 5th floor and very clean looks very new all n all great value hotel will be back again

toilet doors in bar lounge always wide open when you are having a drink watching the show,only needs a spring fitted, hand sanitizers always empty otherwise no complaints

All inclusive drinks selection was good!

Luckily we didn't pay full price for our experience here, This place is definitely not a 4star hotel. Cobwebs in the hotel room, mould on the ceiling. Beds were the most awful painful things ever!, was like sleeping on brick. The Aircon didn't get cold enough!. The selection in buffet wasn't great, one lunch time I had partly raw chicken, luckily I noticed before I ate it, staff didn't seem bothered.
