Food was average

The breakfast was very good. The evening meal was average. Loved the pool and the outside cafe/bar. Brilliant location and view. Exceptionally clean. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again

Free drinking water would have been good. The shower pressure was dreadful, just a small trickle

I couldn't fault the hotel one bit. Felt like a VIP from the second we checked in and were greeted by a huge smile from Raquel on reception and offered a glass of bubbly right until I left. Can't wait to come back.

The room we were in was awful looking out over 2 busy streets with constant noise couldn’t get a good night sleep in 3 days and wouldn’t want to go back if this was all the rooms but unfortunately we were unlucky to get room with traffic and noise until 330am

The cleaners just walked in the room every morning just one knock on the door and just walked in on top off us very wrong they done it 3 morning of our stay and were very noisy

Breakfast hot and lots of choice. Dinner was also hot with a great selection to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Great size shower.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved the staff especially Javier who welcomed us as if we were checking into an exclusive 5 star hotel! Everyone else we came across were helpful & smiling. We loved the location, parking & sea view.

It was old & shabby in places, it turns out they will close for a big refurbishment in November - it needs it, get rid of the lilac!!

The food was good, every member of staff i encountered were extremely helpful, professional and polite. Also a great location

When you order a large double bed you actually get two singles pit together, awkward and difficult as a couple. Had a couple of power cuts too.

Where my room was in the basement I got constant noise from the boiler,or similar machinery.I would book an upper floor room next time to avoid this.The towels supplied were too thin and too small.Not up to four star standards but this could be easily fixed with better towels

The location of the hotel was good, a thirty minute walk into the centre of Torremolinos and just a short ten minute walk to the port at Benalmadena.The pool area was really nice with plenty of sun beds and a nice sea view.We stayed half board, the first time we’ve done this and the quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Our room was on the second floor in the annexe and it was a spacious comfortable place to stay.In particular we were really impressed with the staff at the hotel, the service was excellent and everyone member of staff we engaged with was friendly and helpful.The entertainment on the Saturday evening was an il Divo tribute duet and to be fair they were excellent. This was the first time we’ve stayed half board in a hotel with entertainment, we do like to eat out in the resort and do some self catering as well. However, although we don’t think we’d regularly stay in a half board hotel, after our positive experience, it is something we would now consider on occasions for a few nights in the future and we would certainly stay at the Riu Nautilus again.

We paid a little extra and booked a side sea view. Our room was 224 and to be honest you really couldn’t see other than a glimpse of the sea, due to the view being almost totally blocked by the palm trees. As mentioned earlier there were plenty of sun beds, but not all are in the sun. It was really annoying that people still think it’s okay to put towels down first thing in the morning and then turn up, when they choose to use. One couple put towels down first thing in a prime sunny position, but then didn’t turn up for three hours to use the beds. I really think staff should be removing towels when people do this.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Nice and helpful staff, friendly and helpful. Even though it was off season, hotel was full. Breakfast was amazing, rich with a lot of options, fruit, meals for vegetarian, fish and meat. Similarly for the dinner, we enjoyed our experience.We had an issue with noise in neighbour room late at night, hotel staff solved the problem effectively. Thank you, we will keep recommending the hotel to our friends.

Staff in general were helpful and very friendly.All those I met at reception desk and bar at different times were exceedingly helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent also. Very good selection of food. Large dining area, so very easy to get a table despite the large number of guests. Plenty of staff on duty at mealtimes.Outdoor area is lovely. The snack bar is very nice and the staff there are very pleasant and attentive also.The hotel is in a great location and is spotlessly clean everywhere. My room was thoroughly cleaned and left perfect every day. Really nice bathroom and good shower.

In the evenings my room felt a bit cold and I needed extra covers on my bed. Some of the hot food at breakfast wasn’t very hot. Not a fan of the purple colour scheme and lavender chairs in reception and bar…. but that’s a small detail.
