Clear room very good service and very good food

Modern, stylish hotel. Spacious rooms. Thoughtfully designed. Comfortable bed. Clean shower.

Our room was a good size, well decorated and cleanliness was excellent. Location for our onward travel was good.Breakfast and dinner was good but a little pricey.

Restaurant very busy and as a result service was slow

The room was huge with an extremely comfortable bed. Even the bathroom with a large shower area was great.

It was an awesome hotel! Rooms were very spacious. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and gave us a wonderful nights sleep.

The rooms, staff and food were excellent. The wellness centre was clean, well equipped and welcoming.

Staff were friendly and helpfull. Rooms had excellent facilities especially the showers which were lovely. Ideal for visiting bruges especially with the hotel taxi service available.

Nice size room and bathroom (ground floor, actually possibly a mobility room as shower cubical was very large). Nice shower! Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the resturaunt and staff were great finding a sparkler / candle as it was my wife's birthday. Breakfast had a great choice (but you paid a premium price so expected it)! Liked the option of the wellness area although we didn't get time to use it (not that inviting with a hand-written "out of order" sign on one of the two jacuzzi's). Plenty of onsite parking which is always nice.

More care required by clearning staff - I cleaned (with soap & toilet roll) some marks on the toilet seat which had been missed, not impressed by that.The sound of traffic could be heard but we'd have to upgrade our room choice for something quieter (I felt we were paying enough for a room which didn't include breakfast so didn't wish to pay more). It wasn't intrusive, you were just aware of it.

Staff were very welcoming. The room was super comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. The food in the restuarant was also very good quality. Breakfast buffet was very varied and top quality, both food and beverages. It is a very handy stop off for travellers heading off further south after crossing via Eurotunnel.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning due to delays. We were greeted with a firndly smile by Lucas who was very helpful and also help us with the vending machine for much needed refreshment.Plenty of parkingThe room was quiet and very comfortable and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room decoration was nice and it was large.

The receptionist gave us a room key that didn't work. We had to go back to the reception to have it unlocked. They didn't even offer any words of apology, so I suppose it is a quite normal mistake for them. The jacuzzi in the wellness area was out of order; therefore, it was completely deserted. When I inquired about the area, they didn't mention this issue at all.

Beautiful hotel, just off the motorway and a short taxi ride into Bruges. Free parking, luxury rooms, amazing breakfast and charming staff who couldn't do enough to help. Perfect base to explore Bruges after a short drive from the Channel Tunnel.

Reception dull bored unhelpful staff that are better employed breaking rocks. Bar staff like dealing with Daffy Duck he could not remember anything at all. Basic order of 2 drinks both still wrong.Gave tip out of useless embarrassment.

When checking in I was offered the sauna in the spa which they started to heat up for me as I’d arrived by motorcycle on a wet and cold day. Nice touch.
