This is a good IBIS with really small rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for the airport. Parking. comfortable bed.

Lack of towels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was only two train stops away from the airporr.

The room they gave me had horribly stained mattresses. I asked the staff to change my room, which they quickly did, but no room should have those mattresses in use.

The room and bath was clean, i liked the breakfast.

Beds were not done correctly (2 simple matresses put side by side with non functional zipper) and the sheet above them was a flatted one not fitted.It's also strange that customer needs to ask for a change of towel and for room cleaning that are not done dailyIt would be nice to have kettles in the room and power outlets near bed

The location is good and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room conditions are poor. The passage on the first floor smelled like dried fish, the air conditioner did not work and there were insects in the room. The staff tried to help by offering another room but the air conditioner was not working there too. The curtain of my room was broken which made it impossible to change in the room.

Free parking and quick check in.

The Air condition doesnt work and after checking with reception they had a policy of not turning on the AC till 26 May since for them it is still “Winter time” which was absurd considering it was 28 degrees when we stayed. In addition there were no fans provided so good luck staying there in May or April.

Staff is great and helpful, they can support whenever it's needed. Breakfast is okay, they provided gluten free options. Bed is comfy, blackout curtains. Water pressure in shower is good. Very clean.Location is great, bus C1, which goes straight to the Strasbourg center, stop just in a few minutes, 5 minutes to the train station. A big Supermarket nearby

Air conditioner is loud, noices from the hallway can be heard. But for budget hotel it's expectable, so no real complains, earplugs solved the problem

Chose the hotel as the only one available close to Strasbourg. The good thing is that you have a bus few steps away that brings you to the city centre but considering the location the price is way too high

Ibis is a budget hotel, it does not pretend to be anything else. We used it as an overnight rest stop on our journey from Lake Garda back to the Northern European ferry ports. It's good value for money, the room was adequate, evening meal choice was limited but ok and the breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of food on offer. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, English was spoken by them and we responded with limited phrases and words. there was no problem accommodating my daughter's pet dog. It's close to the A35 motorway so no issues resuming the north bound journey.

I was charged an additional 6 euro for my grandson's breakfast despite declaring on the booking that four persons and a dog were the size of the party.

Spacious room. Aircondition working good. Very nice friendly staffs. Clean. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Very good location with restaurants around neighbourhood. Nice lobby with some game facility.

The room quite old. Not so good soundproof.

The stay was better than I expected. I like how the hotel has the old-fashioned design (like the hallway to the room) though they decorated the interior with trendy theme. The room was a perfect fit for a single traveler or small-sized couple, but may be too small for a group or family. The AC works and sometimes when it didn't work, you can call the receptionist and they can fix the AC remotely - this happened only once. The room is quiet and even though the hotel sits at a moderately traffic area, I still could sleep well. The staff is very nice too - you could get a cold/hot water refill and you could ask for a bowl to warm up your leftover in a microwave. Their English can be limited but they try their best to help you out. There also a supermarket that is 2 minutes away and the train station (strasbroug routheig) is 5 mins away. There are some of restaurants adjacent to this hotel.

Though the room is quiet, I wish the AC could be a little quieter. The AC is cold, but the temperature cannot be adjusted lower than 20'C as it seems be locked. The breakfast could be a little more heartier for the price, but I enjoyed the automated coffee machine. I would suggest an easy self-access for warm water to be put in the room without needing the attendants to fill it up. Lastly is the smell of the stairway because it smells like a Muster Cheese. I love cheese but others may find it disturbing.

The staff at the reception and in the kitchen. They were very helpful and kind.Breakfast was nice.

The toilets are stained. The corridors are almost as bad as a prison.

Location is near bus stop which is convenient to reach strasbourg city centre. Bed was good.

Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Room Lights weren’t working. We weren’t given a different room when requested.

The hotel is pretty comfortable and the bus station is really nearby. Unfortunately, you need quite a few time to reach the city center. The room is quite small, but it’s comfortable for two people. We had a problem with the Air Condition and the receptionist changed our room immediately - we really appreciated it.

The hotel is unfortunately a bit obsolete. There aren’t enough plugs in the room, the elevators are pretty dirty and the rooms are not in the perfect condition - a renovation is needed. The bathroom was also small and pretty outdated - however there isn’t any big problem with it. In the receipt we received, it is shown as if we had breakfast in the price we payed - however, this was never communicated clearly.

It is definitely value for money. I liked the bed, very comfortable.

As seen in the pictures, the room is really small. Plus the air-conditioning system is pretty loud.

The hotel is nothing special, but it served its purpose. Most of the staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The room was reasonably clean and it was reasonably quiet.

On arrival - at a little after 8.00 pm, so not late late - there was nobody on reception. Eventually a young girl arrived, who didn't seem to fully understand what she was doing - we waited c. 10 minutes for a receipt and eventually gave up. The room was cold and the heating did not work properly.

Rooms was very small, old and not clean.. bed is too small for 2 person.. didn't had space to keep my smallest trolley bag also...

Apart from the fact that for us it was easy to locate the hotel, nothing is good and true regarding we saw on the internet.

The hotel is a total scam and the worst experience ever for us. First and foremost, we are a couple and visitors from Germany. We arrived at the hotel on Friday, 4.11.2022 at about 10pm. After picking up the security card to the designated room at the hotel reception, we proceeded with the hope of dropping our bags and relaxing in the room. But unfortunately for us on getting there, we discovered that the hotel room was so dirty to the extent that we could see dirts on the bed, and in the bathroom/toilet, the amenities were dusty and dirty plus rusty materials and also much cobweb around the window. We therefore decided to inform the lady (Anastasiie by name) on the duty, she assigned another room but then there was no difference at all; we were so highly disappointed and sad. Later on, a black guy with dreadlock who as well works there came and asked what the problem was. He saw everything himself and told us, they are very sorry. He told us he had to make report regarding our experience and complaints and also assured us they would refund us latest the following day in the morning 5.11.2022. Up till now, we are yet to be refunded. We couldn't stay in the hotel as a result of all this. As a matter of fact, they knew all this already, but they just keep on making people have such experience. The hotel management should profer an immediate solution to this, in order to avert further occurrencies.
