Best Western L'Aquarium Arras Nord

The bed and pillows ensured a terrific nights sleep. Excellent breakfast

The hot water took a long time to work its way to our room in the morning.

Excellent location just off the motorway with plenty of parking and the possibility to park right outside your room door.

Good location but take care with the directions, it is not intuitive.

A bit lacking in character and it was overpriced which is probably to do with the location? And its probity to the Uk. I’ve stayed elsewhere in Europe and France with the same facilities at half the price

Good location next to the highway. Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast.

Dinner could have been better.

Very good

rooms were nice, but i didn't like the two single beds. i thought i'd booked a queen room, the picture shows a double bed but they are all two singles that can be made into a double. Otherwise the property is great

Good size room

The bath that was advertised wasn't working and out of order so essentially paid for something that we didn't receive

Ideal motorway location

Prices for food in the restaurant were higher than what we wanted to pay, they needed cheaper bar food type options for those using the location as a stop off

Set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a field where we watched a gorgeous sunrise. Room was perfect and we slept well. Lovely, friendly staff.

Bedroom was clean, comfortable and had good facilities. 24hour check in was super useful. Being able to park outside the room was helpful. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast was excellent

Excellent location next to the motorway. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the meal exceeded our expectations. As we needed to leave the hotel before breakfast, the staff offered us a take out breakfast with coffee. This was well received and plentiful.

Location, restaurant, bedroom

Really should supply larger pillows for the bed

Well located, superb car park . Gym facility is excellent. We were made to feel very welcome and it suited our needs very well - thank you

Bar and Restaurant great but just a little pricey

Great location for Channel Tunnel stop off (less than hour away).Very comfy bed / room.Great service & friendly staff.

Excellent location just off the autoroute, perfect for travelling across France. Clean, comfortable with good breakfast and dinner and friendly staff. A bonus is being able to park right outside your room if requested.

Tout était bon...

Room was great. Left something in the room and they very kindly sent it on to me in Belgium

Restaurant was fully booked with nowhere in the area to eat. Eventually I was offered room service.

Very comfortable beds. Electric car charger available (4).

The breakfast was mediocre at best. The attached restaurant is really expensive.

A latge comfortable modern hotel. Just off the motorway so an ideal stopover. Staff were very helpful. Great parking.

We had booked it because it had a restaurant. Unfortunately this was not open on the Sunday we visited. However, we were able to buy a meal tray which was lovely.

Near motorway, reasonable price

Breakfast room too small. We returned to this hotel as we have used it before. We took breakfast at 6.45am and the small room was full to the point food was running low and there were no tables initially. You couldn’t serve yourself in a relaxed manner as people were everywhere blocking what was available. The poor girl on her own could not keep up. When someone else asked if they could sit in the restaurant they were told no. Why? It was laid up and empty but no, you have to stay squashed into the very small breakfast room.

Clean room and shower

Bed was two singles pushed together. The train line was quite noisy and interupted sleep. First receptionist asked us if I wanted to book evening meal, second one told us restaurant was closed that night.

Comfy beds, good size room, we were able to book a table at the restaurant (evening meal was good), bottled drinking water in the room, decent internet.

No lift/step free access to our room, so had to carry the stroller up a flight of stairs to our family room. Bathtub had some kind of fault so wasn’t fully usable. Breakfast was quite disappointing.
