Pros +
- Location
- Easy to check in, low cost and basic accommodation if you just need a bed to sleep in.
- When we arrived the concierge had given us a better room with an en suite bathroom. He was very helpful - and had gone to some trouble to improve our accommodation - I had not expected this from a budget hotel.
Cons -
- Lots of rats outside, bedsheet was incredibly thin, not very comfortable.
- We could have used a few more towels. But for the price it was clean and comfortable enough.
- The room was very small. I have stayed in many Premiere Classe hotels. They are all alike. But not this one. It was smaller and I got the impression it had been converted from something else

Lots of rats outside, bedsheet was incredibly thin, not very comfortable.

We could have used a few more towels. But for the price it was clean and comfortable enough.
Room obviously updated recently. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was large.
The room was very small. I have stayed in many Premiere Classe hotels. They are all alike. But not this one. It was smaller and I got the impression it had been converted from something else
Secure compound for vehicle and cheap.
Very hard beds, dirty looking and dated.
Easy to get to off a1 on way up France.
The room stunk of tabaco, to the point the bedding, fabrics smelt of It. Meaning every time you moved. It was all you could smell. In return, by 4 a.m., we were coughing and left. Toilets and showers are not in the room as pics would suggest. There are 3 toilets situated by the entrance to property, which were filthy, with no hand washing facilities. They are more like a built-in portaloos..Lots of young men drinking and smoking at entrance to building. They did not lock the doors on the toilet, so teenage daugther opened door on them. The shower we did not find it as we left. Man, on reception, seemed shocked we had a booking. Then, only originally gave us one room of two rooms book. Was polite. This is not a place for a family or anyone who does not smoke. Would not recommend or go back to, worst night we have ever had away. We did think it would be similar to travel lodge, pewimer Inn, holiday Inn, but a French version of them. However, it is much more like a hostel, but filthy. No contact prior to arrival. Not good value, not safe to stay left feeling dirty stinking of smoke, no sleep and coughing. Would avoid at all costs.
Well-designed if absolutely tiny and very basic space, but unquestionably clean. Bed comfortable, and that is important.Would not hesitate to stay again, particularly as the rooms are sound-proofed and the only noise we heard was the gate to the hotel carpark opening and closing. Makes a huge difference if you are not used to sharing a building with other people (we live in a detached house so very noise-aware).
There was nothing to dislike really. Yes, a couple of sachets of shampoo would have been nice, but that is being picky.
Very poor selection for breakfast
Breakfast, space in bedroom, location
There was 24hour reception and parking.
It is too cramped. Everything you do you have to do sideways.
Easy to find, convenient, good parking, clean, good reception staff
Bit of a noisy road directly next to hotel, but that’s makes it convenient to access.Low on toilet roll and no soap in bathroom.
Good value for money, affordable stay, smaller rooms but adequate. Fridge, microwave and sink in the room.
Shared bathrooms, not very clean.
Good location. Comfortable beds.
Shared Bathroom and toilet.
Nice staff, nice shower
The size of the room, the size of the en-suite, no air conditioning, we had to ask for hand soap and shower gel both were missing
Microwave and available in the rooms. Good location only 6 minutes drive from Arras city center. Thankfully I only stayed just two nights.
This is a former F1 Budget hotel and it has not kept up with other Premiere Classe Hotels in France. Obviously, there was an strong aroma of tobacco and other substances in the room. No towel was provided on arrival. Unfortunately there were no bars or cafes nearby open in the evening. Lots of noise during the night from other guests. No air conditioning, I had to sleep with the window open and was awoken at 5 am by an idiot revving-up his BMW outside my window and filling the room with diesel fumes.
It was fit for purpose as a late night / early morning stop over
It smelt of cigarette smoke and the beds weren’t the most comfortable
Plenty of parking and located in the country area
Room was a little small, but good value for money. You don’t notice the size of the room when you sleeping
Suitable only for quick overnight stop, marginally better than sleeping in the car.
Smelly rooms although the bedding did appear to be clean. Avoid shared bathrooms if possible.
Disappointing and poor value for money.
The hotel does not live up to its name. The bedroom was so small that one side and the end of the bed were half a metre from the walls and the other side against the wall. The shower room had sufficient room to use the facilities , but no more. The breakfast room was too small for a hotel of this size and when we went for breakfast there was a poor selection and no croissants - which one might expect from a french hotel. We would not choose to use this chain again. I don’t even think it falls into the category of ‘you get what you pay for’!
Dirty rooms. Dirty bathrooms. Smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere.
This is not a hotel to take children to and I would never recommend anybody stay here.
1. check in took ages.2. room was dirty and damp3. bathroom was tiny. could barely fit in it4. the walls and doors were paper thin with zero sound proofing.5. the hotel seemed to be used for dubious night time activities.6. bed was rock hard and barely had a mattress.7. we didnt feel safe in the hotel especially with young children.
