It Central located was perfect. Everything SPECIALLY THE STAFF, BOTH  WERE FANTASTICALLY WONDERFUL. I lost my security bag with my passport, driver license and money. Staff had located it, keep it and returned it to me quickly...

The Entrance walkway and stairway are both very small. So small if you do not really be careful. you can miss it easily...

It was difficult to find at night, as the entrance is hidden by the nearby restaurant.

Back to this hotel some months after the last stay mainly because of the location: it is convenient to reach the European area and well connected by metro. The staff was kind. The breakfast was ok. This time the quality vs. price balance was good.

The hotel is basic and a bit dated. But overall it was ok and I will continue considering it for future trips to Brussels

kitchen offering was extremely minimal and basic.no fresh juice. little bread and coffee from cofee machine was not very nice.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The establishment is very pleasant and matches the description. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and always available. They speak English very well, which makes communication much easier. I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is very well located, close to the EU Institutions.Considering this fact, the price is very advantageous.All in all, it is clean place, with an OK breakfast, without all the fancy things proposed by other hotels at supercharged prices. This one does what hotels should do: provide you with a decent place to sleep and a right breakfast, at an affordable price.

Not the hotel's fault, but the traffic noise starts around 04,30.If you have a light sleep, this can be annoying.

Great location for my purposes. Only basic amenities. Stuff was friendly.

No coffee machine, no welcoming water, no bath kit (cup, battonetes, etc).

- Relatively good location to the city centrum- Room is tiny but comfortable

- Walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything that happens in the rooms next to yours- Breakfast times are not clear among the staff. They said it ended at 10:30 when I first asked and then they said it actually ends at 9:30 (missed breakfast because of that)- Internal rules and communication lacking among the staff. When I arrived back at night one of the guys called me out because apparently I should have left my keytag before leaving. The next day I asked another guy from the staff if this was really needed and he said no, he said I could keep the keytag. What is the rule then?

Location, good staff, accessibility. Clean, hot water, bed good.

After relatively recent total renovation, there seems to be a need for basic upkeep (leaking shower, heating system issues; visibly sloppy installation of camera system in entrance hall). I have used this hotel for years and like it. A shame to see neglect.

Not very well maintained interior and facilities, very poor breakfast - poor hotel for high price.

Friendly service, modern and very clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, excellent location.

The street noise is loud.

Waiting outside long time (untill 2:00pn) for check in was boring. I was arrived 10:00am but i was waiting untill 2:00pm carrying luggage.

No heater and refrigerator in the room for food

The hotel is basic and a bit dated. The room was small. The price was not cheap. But overall it was ok

The brekfast was basic but okay. Missed som other types of bread and the eggs were overcooked every morning (green inside). The location was good for me and there were many different restaurants in the area to choose between.

The breakfast was not anything to applaud. It was basic and you could eat the different things on it. However, I think that me and other guests would have enjoyed some more alternatives and some different types of bread, and also some good coffee and more fresh vegetables and fruits
