Pros +
- Very good products like Hermès shower gel, good tea. Very good bed, very good Bose music box.
- Staff was over the top professional.
- Although it seems all the "main" attractions were in the city centre which is a decent walk, we liked the two parks near the hotel, especially as the weather was nice. Weekend market outside was nice bonus.
Cons -
- When I was checking in the receptionist was not personal, she had a wrong email address, wrong location where I live. And in the room there was a welcome card with a name that was not mine. The hotel did not have a doorman for a 5 star hotel.
- The hotel is under renovation. We were awakened just after 0700 by hammers and drills. 32 to park was a nasty surprise also. The courtyard in front of the hotel is under heavy construction and probably won't be complete until late fall 2018.
- Reception service was confusing as they did not know the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Specifically they ordered a Taxi to go to the EC offices which was 1 minute walking from the hotel

Extraordinary service. Great rooms!
Location and standing
Reception service was confusing as they did not know the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Specifically they ordered a Taxi to go to the EC offices which was 1 minute walking from the hotel
Vintage, comfy room with excellent breakfast buffet selection. Close to EU institutions.
There was a mixup with my reservation that has been solved in the morning but then the whole procedure has been repeated with the new stuff before the actual, early afternoon check-in. It was understandable at first but quite annoying the second time.
Our room was spacious , modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was exquisite . Everything we hoped for and more. The little Belgian chocolates left on our pillows everyday really mafe my daughter's day.
The overall quality of the premises.
I was there with a group for a 2days Workshop. The hotel was completely unable to provide coffee during the breaks. Really bad organisation and much too expensive for the service level!
Modern style of interior with great location
Dew to the good location. It’s great for large gatherings. Traffic of people can be quite overwhelming and sometimes intimidating.
Good location
A little bit tired in parts. Decor might need a refresh
Lovely friendly staff Great safe location, comfortable beds Great facilities
Everything
The staff were very helpful. Tessa at the front desk was so wonderful! Jesus Soto, the concierge , was so helpful and wonderful, as well. He took the time to help me with the metro system. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really like the bathroom with long countertops. Breakfast was great! The staff were equally nice and service oriented.
I wish the location is closer to the metro or to the city center.
The breakfast and front desk associates were extremely helpful and kind. Bedding and breakfast was the top thing we needed enjoyed.
Mold growth on shower caulking…that’s a big deal for some of us…but overall experience was amazing.
Breakfast good selection and Jimmy was great. Evening menu was very limited.
Friendliness of staff, they go above and beyond for their guests! Special shout out to Lourdes for giving my little one mini slippers, she was so happy !
Comfy beds, good location
Staff were abrupt
beautiful room, spacious, clean. Large breakfast buffet. Friendly staff
all good
Beautiful location with great friendly staff and awesome restaurant nearby
Clean and very comfortable. It is quite expensive and there are many signs of wear and tear, the hotel is old
Location, breakfast
Room was tired and smelt old compared to the Facade of the hotel. Bathroom wall and door are translucent glass!..I was there with a business colleague in a twin room so that was a bit awkward!
