Park Hotel Brussels

Didn't have breakfast. Everything was fine, the location perfect for my needs in the European quarter. Very quiet room facing the garden, as requested.

I was a bit concerned about no apparent fire exit nor stairs, only the lift. No signs for emergency exit either. Perhaps I missed it?

The location is convenient and pleasant, near a park. The room was overall ok, smaller than expected. Nice view of the garden, which is quiet. One semi-comfortable armchair, a small desk, an old TV.

The elevator is small and old. The bathub was rusty and not in a condition to be used. The room was cold when I arrived. The staff was not flexible to modify my booking after I go sick. Amenities are lacking. There wasn't the expected value of a 4-star hotel.

This time I was in a very nice room at ground floor with garden!

Very nice, quiet and clean hotel next to a park. The rooms were really spacious and quiet in the night, facing a back yard with a garden. Great breakfast as well.Would happily recommend to others!

The smoke alarm flashed the whole night and couldn't be turned off, disrupting my sleep. The bed mattress was a bit lumpy.

The location is quite good, with the city’s main attractions just a few metro stops away. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, unlike the rest of Brussels.

The pillows are awfully discomfortable. The room very large with access to a nice garden. Building inside oldish.

I really liked the position next to the Parc du Cinquantenaire, and also to the metro stop. This allowed to travel easily and quickly throughout the entire city. Furthermore, the room was very clean (and cleaned), and we really appreciated the kettle and the tea bags that were in the room with the compliments of the staff. Very positive experience, also considering the price. We'll likely be coming back.

The absence of a toilet brush was mildly annoying, but that was an issue that could be solved easily. The water coming from the sink didn't have an excellent taste.

The view from the hotel room is right to people's apartments, which gives you no privacy if you open the curtains.

The hotel has a great location close to the park, metro, restaurants and shops and the building is spectacular. The room is in need of a renovation. It is old furniture and rather minimal comfort, fine for one night or two.

It was cold. The radiators was at maximum and it was barely lukewarm, impossible to heat a very high ceiling room like that.

Very nice location, good rooms for a reasonable price, if you are lucky. Parking place possible, for a special charge, which is convenient close to the city centre

Breakfast is probably good, but we preferred to save 80 EUR (4 people) to get us our own coffee and croissant :-)

The room needed updating - it was quite tired.

A lovely stay, perfect if you're looking for a peaceful ambience, quality feel throughout. Like their sensitivity to eco savings like "no towels needed" to save on over washing.

The front desk staffing was a bit light at times, but if you waited for 1 or 2 minutes, an employee did appear. Once they did come, everyone was pleasant, and always helpful.

Many thanks to staff team specially for good reception, care, receiving my goods from post service, treatment with me and a very good breakfast. Recommended for all persons that will stay in Brussels for working or vacation. Rgs, Mauricio

Noted some negative items as missing air conditioned in my room, a very small single bed and some difficult to turn on/off room lights made only by good lampshades. Rgs, Mauricio
