Orly Superior Hotel

1. Fire alarm at around 5:30 AM 2. Power outage around 9AM 3. airport shuttle service only avlbl from 6:30 AM until 11:30 AM, then again at night. Some of us fly midday. 4. No late check out allowed. 5. The cleaning person woke me up twice.

The room is spacious and clean. And it is really close to the aptly airport. Definitely recommend it if you have a flight to catch the next day

The hotel does not have any grocery stores near by and the bottled water at the reception is quite expensive.

The ladies working the front desk and breakfast are excellent, however, i will strongly advise anybody to choose different accommodation if available

Location.

Air conditioning did not work. Moldy ceilings and edges in shower. Only one shuttle and when it fills you have to wait for it to deliver people and come back, potentially missing your plane if you need the earliest 5am one.

Rooms with no sound isolation, not very modern but gets the job done.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful for someone new to the area. They even had a conversion plug ! The breakfast lady was also very friendly & accomodating.

Proximity to airport, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and view. Perfect for one night.

We booked it because of the free shuttle to airport and when we arrived they told us that it only goes from early morning until 9.30am and this one and the one before were already full. So there was no shuttle.They were nice to pick us up from the airport the night before although we were a little late, which was great:)

The guy at the reception in the morning couldn't care less about the clients, we called him to ask for pick up from the hotel since it was clearly confirmed to us by the hotel in message that if we need pick up in the morning *from the airport* then it is enough to call before 9.30. it was confirmed to us by Anna, and we asked him to read carefully the message but he kept ignoring this and refuse to help us!!! We ended talking the shuttle anyway because it passed thier anyway to drop off people!!!!! When we arrived he didn't even checked us 8n or let us feel any welcome! Never again just for such a bad service like this!

Noisy- you can hear when people move in / out of the rooms .When I arrived at the front desk, no one was there; I waited a few minutes before a staff came and made négative remarks about me being too close to the counter. ( not friendly not welcoming)

Cold rooms, very simple and used furnitures, no water at all, no kettle to do tea/coffee even upon request. Towels are so old and yellow color

Close to the Orly Airport, Paris; Hotel has shuttle to the Airport; Staff was very helpful in preparing guests who need to catch flights at Orly, especially in the wee hours of in the morning. Staff was nice to recommend a very good seafood restaurant within 3 minutes walking distance.

Didn't like that no shuttle bus was available during the day but it is what it is and you organize other things so not the end of the world. The shower handle was broken so the shower just hung loosely aiming to the ground.

The hotel was very well suited and for travelers using the ORLY airport and had complementary airport shuttle. Arrived late at night for the check in and greeted by Mohind at the reception who provided a very good service to make of short my stay at the hotel comfortable. He provided good service arranging an early breakfast and shuttle back to Orly airport.

The hallway and room are very gloomy with dark colours and old carpeting. The floor carpeting in the room is dirty and old, the bed is lumpy, there's no AC and there's a very dusty heater. The room has a strange smell. The bathroom however, is clean and alright. The bed sheets are clean too.
