Hotel Jana

I always stay in this hotel when I am around Prerov, usually only one night. The dinner/food was really tasty, the room was quite big, clean and comfortable. It was 33-34 Celsius outside and the room became really hot, so a fan was available in the room (unfortunately there is no air conditioning).

The receptionist during the check-in was very kind and welcoming, but she made a mistake. She lost my plastic card with my company details on it which she asked from me during the check-in to be able to prepare the invoice. She requested me to leave it there and promised to give it back during check-out, but I never got back the card, unfortunately. Her colleague who was on duty during check-out on the following morning, didn't know about the card at all ... It's not a big thing but at that moment it was a quite bad and bitter experience for me.

€40 for air conditioning. Staff very rude. Dirty.

The hotel charged €40 to use the air conditioning. 50% of the rate of the room. When I questioned the staff the person at reception was very rude and said “what do you expect! It’s summer!” When booking the room, it stated in that air conditioning would be an additional fee but it did not say how much. Every other hotel I have stayed at that charged an additional fee never charged more than €10. So surprise guest with a fee of €40 to not sleep in a 30+ degree room with no ventilation is disgraceful.Room was basic and dirty.

Parking was spacious and free, breakfast was good. Check-in was fast. Room has enough space.

Furniture and equipment are very old, about 30-40 y.o. The bed, bulbs, light is very old. The receptionist had spoken only Czech, no English.

TV does not work, coffee machine is not user friendly, hair blower is like a vacuum cleaner - works for 20 seconds and stops

We love this hotel and always keep coming back even booking the same room most of the time. Staff is always lovely, food is great, pool is awesome and we love the breakfast choices.

The staff is very kind and willing to help at any time.Really high level of service.The hotel, the rooms are all very clean and inviting to stay in.

Available parking space (paid), 24h reception desk that allows late check-in.

Room: No electric socket to charge the phone near the bed, no minibar. Breakfast: no vegetables, not even one as I remember. Limited offer. Bored staff.

Asking for additional charge for using spa facilities . Looks like need bit of renovation in rooms ,it's bit outdated, looks like for 90's

It was a really nice experience, I fully recommend the hotel, the people were helpful and caring for the customers. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful, warm and clean. The beds were really comfortable.

The pharmacie they have is limited so it's a problem during weekend if you don't have car. Also I asked for un big bed and I had instead 2 single beds together. But ok.

Hotel is outdated rooms need renovation. To turn the Tv on you need to press 4 buttons. couldn’t get really hot water in shower. Wi-Fi is weak. Younger front staff is rude.

Welcoming staff. Excellent parking availability. Excellent breakfast included. Bed and pillows were comfortable . I did have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and amenities set. No AC, but there was an oscillating fan in the room.

Shower head holder was falling out of the wall, soap dish collected water, tub had rust damage. Curtains were blackout, but pulled off the tracks the first time I closed them, and couldn’t be used if the window was open. Door was loud and made creaking noise when opening and closing. Wifi was very weak as I was at the end of the hallway, but did work well in breakfast room.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and stylish furnishings. Quiet location within walking distance of town centre (10mins).

The hotel is so nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel. Breakfast is so delicious and alot of choices

Me and my husband spent 1 night at the hotel because we went to the Czechoslovakian jazz festival in Prerov. We booked the twin room incl breakfast and wellness aktivities. The room didn´t quite meet our expectations. The fridge was empty, there were no slippers and bathrobes (a standard in four star hotel with wellness facilities). The room was clean but it had an ordinary facilities and furnishing. There were 1 steam room and one sauna, both very cold, I presume they didn´t work. The other facilities were nice and pleasant. All you can eat breakfast and the dinner were full of nice food.
