Air conditioning worked not properly, it was vey hot in the night. Staff couldn’t solve this problem

Pools, big spacious rooms lots of parking space. Close to town and Beach.

The apartment was big, clean and well equipped. It had a nice big terrace.

The apartment was not ready on time.The girls at the reception could be more helpful.

Loved: interior of room, modern and clean. Excellent refresh. Terrace with view of sunset, peekaboo view of sea. Breakfast amazing. Pool and jacuzzi look nice, didn’t use. Too cold.

The driveways are dangerous for our tires. Looks like they need some help, it’s barely usable. Also, WiFi is weak.

The hotel was in a good location, very peaceful with lovely grounds. The room was spacious and very clean.

Facilities for disabled guests could have been better. For example, access to the outdoor pool was exceedingly difficult. There was no rail or support. Designated parking nearer to the accommodation would have been an improvement as well

We only stayed for one night. On arrival our shower was broken and we were upgraded to a lovely room which was much nicer than what we booked for. They were efficient and sorry for the fact that the shower did not work. We also loved the restaurant where the staff were friendly and very infomative and we had a wonderful meal.

The initial room, while looking comfortable and simple, had 'cheap' fixtures and fittings. So not surprising that the shower broke. Sound insulation between bedrooms is not fantastic and if we stayed longer it could have been a problem.

Great stay friendly staff close to beach and family friendly

Very nice relaxed resort for a couples holiday. We had a room in the villa which was absolutely beautiful!

The pool could have used some fixing as there were some loose stones and the AC could cool better.

Nothing- everything amazing!

The hotel is beautifully set in its own large grounds within an easy stroll of both the local beaches and town centre. Our room was exceptionaly clean and comfortable, with all of the facilities needed for a vacation. The outside areas were excellent - including the two swimming pools. The restaurant service was first-class.

The price of on-site drinks and food was high.

The room was relatively nice with a terrace open to the garden. The AC was silent and efficient. The main restaurant is quite good and has a nice outdoors seating.

The room could have a nicer touch in terms of decoration.

Very well appointed place with helpful friendly staff. Well situated with only a short walk to beach, restaurants an boats to look around.

Clean hotel with very polite staff… breakfast was great and the stay was really comfortable.

Clean, well-maintained, heated pool available, nice grounds and balcony view of the sea was lovely.

For a 4-star property I would have expected a more robust breakfast and in-room coffee options and amenities.

Beautiful landscape, ample parking, welcoming lobby and check in. Family really enjoyed the restaurant, large patio dining in a contemporary setting.

Bar service was limited. The pool bar was only open during happy hour.

Chose Junior suite with bath....lovely sized room and good position.Pools well presented and cleaned regularly.Good choices for breakfast and pleasant terrace to enjoy the the sunny mornings.Bar staff at the pool bar were very cheerful and accommodating. Polish guy on reception ( sorry forgotten his name) was very helpful and polite.

Wasps were an occasional nuisance on the breakfast terrace and not every guest enjoys being pestered by the resident cats....staff could encourage the cats to move away where they are not being appreciated.Considering the standard of the hotel, we found it incredible that the 2 bottles of water provided in our room on arrival were not replaced on a daily basis and we were advised that this was a 'welcome gift' and we could buy future bottles required from the bar! This cost 6.50 euros a bottle!Lack of full length mirror in room.

In general a very nice hotel in great location. Very nice hotelcomplex. Nice pools, freendly staff, Impressive rooms.

When I booked the room I asked in special for a quiet room. What I got was a room close beside the air condition outside aggregat. For the entire building. Switching on and off all night long. Not acceptable !

They were very accommodating and helpful. We were surprised by the cost of the Taxi from the airport but they managed us really well and helped ensure we had the route back to the airport sorted.

Beautiful property, lots of cupboard space & friendly staff

The room was large and lacking a littlesofa or a couple of comfortable chairs as a sort of cosy corner… perhaps the room we had could’ve been more suitable for a family and an extra bed.
