The friendliness of the stuff!! The lady at the reception was very helpful with providing the latest road/weather updates. She clearly wanted everyone to stay safe as the weather wasn¿t great at the time and roads were closed going up north. Lovely hotel

Super cute idea, loved the theme and the rustic decor. Rooms were clean. Cool vibe in dining room. Fun fish.
The hotel was a good price since it was outside of the city. Very good breakfast served at the hotel and also the restaurant next door in viking style. All of the staff were great with helping us out to answer any questions and to navigate the city.
The breakfast was amazing and the outdoor sauna and tub a treat with the cool weather. What a great place to stay!

The breakfast was great! Many options, good taste. We woke up to the smell of fresh bread, which was definitely a plus. We were worried that it would be too loud for sleep because our room was sandwiched between two hallways, but all was quiet.
The staff very friendly and always happy to help. I was able to book a trip to see the northern lights dying the check in. The location was also good, very close to a sea front and 20 mins walk to town centre. The breakfast included was also very good
The price of the hotel cabin was the least expensive that I could find. It also included a breakfast, however I had to leave too early to eat it. The location was convenient, down the way from the shopping area. The parking was included, and the staff

Location and staff. Good concession area.
It is a clean hotel with spacious rooms for a European hotel. The location is ideal - along the water and close to the main street for dining and music. Most tour companies pickup customers directly in front of the hotel, along the street.
Location was great. Breakfast was good.

The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. They lift the service standard to a higher level. I will give them 5 ¿¿. The team in reception is the best team I ever met. Look forward to returning
Modern hotel just outside of downtown is an easy walking distance to Reykjavik attractions and restaurants. Great views of the city from our 9th-floor room. Street parking was plentiful. Overall an excellent stay!
