Hotel Landskron

Location is very good. Easy to access the center. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Parking needs to pay, even the hotel is in the small town.

Large comfortable room, very kind staff, and an excellent breakfast.

Suite was very large. Great views at the top of bruck and surrounding area. Staff friendly, breakfast very good.

However, cleanliness was not great. Windows uncleaned, area around patio, not vacuumed.Shower was dodgy, kept slipping and pressure not great.There was a draft we couldn't pin point until I moved the curtains and realised the patio door itself was broken and I needed to push it back into place. The room door had a broken lock on the inside. Opening and closing it required a lot of effort as there is a piece missing. Small kitchen but fridge not working and no utensils at all except a coffee machine in the press that was unclean and not setup for use. So what's the point of the kitchen then?

Warm welcome but at our checkout we had to wait a lot for the receptionist was irritated that we wanted to check out as she was having her breakfast (and she had come to us from the breakfast room)

Well-equipped, large room with a bathtub in the bathroom. Very nice view - town, river and mountains.Varied breakfast, everything fresh and very good quality.The sauna area is not very large, but comfortable. Towels and bathrobes available inside without additional charge.

Friendly staff super service room was very spacious and super clean. Location was perfect with parking space either in garage or outside. Breakfast was very nice. I will recommend the hotel any day.

Honestly nothing - yes the carpet is not the newest but it is clean and that is the most important!!

nice big 2-room suite, beautiful panorama, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We ahd a difficult situation due to an accident, we got every help and assistance that was necessary. Exceptional view from the room.

some parts/corners/etc of the room coulde have been cleaned better, signs of aging can be seen everywhere (in the room and generally in the hotel)

Hotel is located in a great area with a huge potential. Room very spacious and with a nice view. Breakfast was decent.

The property was a bit outdated and the bathroom was a little dirty.

The staff are so customer friendly and helpful. Christina and Klara were especially helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. We feel at home and we plan to return at least once a year.

The hotel should be upgraded to reflect a 4-star hotel in the 21st century. For example, instead of keys, doors should open with key cards.

I have stayed there for many years and the staff are wonderful. The property is always clean and comfortable.

They don’t have AC in all rooms which for a couple of months of the year can be a bit uncomfortable.

Huge rooms. A little outdated but the beds were very comfortable and the service was fantastic.

Great location in city center. Close to restaurants and all needed things during travel.

All in all, it's hard for me to find things that I liked. Breakfast was ok.

No air conditioning in the room, elevator not working, dirty walls, torn carpet in the corridor and stairs. Old hotel requiring major renovation.
