Hotel "City Rooms Wels"

I needed the room for a stop-over on a long drive and for this it was suitable. Managed to find parking right in front of the building too.

For my comfort, the bed was way too soft. A kettle to make some instant coffee on the run in the morning would have been a nice addition.

Is in the centre of Wels, clean and quiet!

Nothing negative

Clean and tidy. Everything in its place.

No complimentary slippers!

Clean room, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed, well located. Self check in was smooth.

Would be good to include some information in the welcome message about the self check in.

Awesome staff, very clean, perfect bed, great bathroom all situated in a great spot, where everything is close to you.

For the price, a small fridge could be included, tbh

Contactless check in was easyRoom was spacious Bed very comfortableLarge bathroom areaVery clean

Good location, simple, clean room.

The room was cosy, clean.

No reception, old buiding, with poor architecture for a hotel. Terrible experience and I am travelling around the world. The shame for the city to give the license for this hotel.

Location was good and the room tidy. Received a call from the hotel later enquiring about how my stay was. Thought that was nice.

All went well, the easy check in really is easy. The room is spacey and it was extremely clean. The breakfast at the bakery in the next street was also great value for the money.

The area was a bit noisy at Friday night.

Nice hotel. We stayed one night in transit and were pleasantly surprised by the attractive design, efficient furnishings and good soundproofing. The location in the city center is also a plus and manager Wilhelm is easy to reach, responding quickly to emails et cetera. Don't expect excessive luxury, but these City Rooms are well worth the modest price.

We would have liked a cup of coffee in the morning, but we didn't understand how to operate the coffee machine and even the cleaning lady didn't have a clue. Of course we could have phoned Wilhelm, but clearer instructions would be helpful.

Generally everything worked. Clean, good value for money. Central location.

Checking in took longer that expected considering most of my details are already logged when I book. The ID check proved problematic as it did not accept the date of birth information, thankfully this did not cancel the procedure. As I arrived at around 7pm the reception was unmanned, this gives a somewhat lonely, empty feeling and a slight concern about security.

Nice shower, nice beds, mirror and good Wi-Fi

for some reason at 6 am there were loud banging noises behind my wall that went on for 2 hours

very clean. near town centre.

the room is quite small. I think the price should be lower with this size.

Very modern and nice room, very clean, perfect overall, and very nice host!

The cleaning lady knocked multiple times in the morning (an hour before end of check out) to an extend that I thought I was in trouble. She then asked how long I still need… Cleaning should happen after the guest checked out and not while they are still in the room.

Great location only 50 meter from underground no 3 station

Although the car parking is good price, we didn't move our rent car 3 days, since the park car is very small, and no guarantee for free place when return

Nice location not far from city center.

For accommodation of my son they ask me to pay for additional bed sheet, duvet and pillow +15 euro. Deluxe room is not deluxe at all, it is small and not comfortable.

Location mostly :-)

Room was not that big, but sufficientSelf-checkin could be misleading for elderly

Clean and quite place.

No person to talk to. Automated check-in and out was new for me. But it worked without a problem.

Super clean room, great location and the best service!
