Hotel Ploberger

Amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet library to work after check-out, well-equipped meeting room for business meeting, great support by personnel responsible for food and beverages, location in city center very convenient

Sometimes no immediate help/support at reception - however they always came back in due time

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, centrally located.

Room was a bit too warm. Air conditioning did not work.

Perfect location, very nice fitness room, good breakfast, very good mattress, very clean!

In some rooms the bathroom door or even the walls of the bathroom are made of glass. This may be a bit strange and does not allow for a lot of privacy, but this is very individual.

I liked Beautiful interior, the location (very central), we had a refrigerator with fresh vegetables & water + coffee machine! A infrared lamp in the bathroom (at least thats what I'm guessing it is).

Nothing to dislike really

Amazing room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast .. staff lovely

Initially car park tricky to find but positive that it was secure

It was clean, fitness ctr and sauna nice. Bed and pillows comfortable.

Charging 20 euro per day for a small non shedding dog, is ridiculous. I feel that per day is a bit much bcs the dog is cleaner than most guests. Also, a small coffee was 4.20 which is to much considering it was a capsule coffee maker.

Spacious and clean

Bathroom was a part of bedroom, no privacy for family members in the shower

Good location, specious room, and exceptional service .The breakfast was amazing-various delicious food. Highly recommend ?

Great rooms, breakfast, staff, location...The best hotel in Wels.

The booking customer service was excellent and so helpful. A pleasant smile greeted me when I arrived from the long flight from the USA. My room was very clean, quiet and nice. The amenities were also very good in the room.

The room was quite warm due to the climate controlled facility. Since the outside temp was below the threshold of the climate system, air conditioning was not possible. The window didn't allow for alot of air in. This is fairly mis leading when booking. The description includes air conditioning but omitted the detail that it doesn't turn on if the outside temperature is a certain range.

All was perfect. Exelent breakfast, quiet and clean room, location in the city center

Was clean

The staff were not active and not friendly.

Everything in the hotel was great! The staff members were really friendly and well-mannered. Breakfast was a dream, and the whole hotel (rooms included) is beautifully designed and decorated. The hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway if you intend to just relax and lounge about in the wonderful internal garden or pick up a good book in the superbly designed and ultra comfortable library. A pool table is also available for guests at no charge next to the front lobby. For those who want to get some exercise, there's also a well equipped gym and sauna.

Wels is a cute town, but a little boring for family holidays with kids. There's a public garage under the hotel, which is not too expensive but quite busy. On the plus side, it's quite conveniently accessible by lift, which will take you right up to your floor (with a keycard).

Nice modern room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly

The room didn't have a fridge, which for summertime isn't much practical

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Wels. Close to several great restaurants within walking distance. Excellent parking with elevator directly into the hotel lobby and room floors.

PArking costs a little too high.

Breakfast was incredible! The glass showers were also very nice. Location is basically the city center so it’s pretty comfortable. Plenty of elevators to accommodate. Hotel looks good.

The price on booking is way more expensive - Book on their website!!!! The waiting time at check in.. it was quite slow - there was a line of 20 people and only 1 receptionist. Also some goodies in the room weren’t restocked - such as coffee creamers, sugar and the accessories kit was almost empty. Can’t open window.

I live in Wels myself and therefore I didn't expect that the hotel in the middle of the city center would exceed my expectations. The ladies at reception are very friendly and the breakfast also offers a lot of choice. The hotel room is large with its own safe, refrigerator and its own small seating area.

Brilliant room, big and super well equipped, lit in a cool funky way. Great bathroom also very well appointed. Fantastic choices at breakfast, lovely and attentive staff. Very good central location. Full 10 points.

Nothing not to like.

It was ideally located, clean, modern with comfortable bed.

Only 1 coffee pod and tea provided in the room and this isn’t replenished regardless of number of nights. It isn’t a cheap hotel, so the least they can do is replenish tea and coffee supplies daily. I travel frequently and stay in numerous hotels but never seen one who didn’t replenish supplies with daily room service. Just found it mean

Breakfast was great and my economy room was lovely. Staff is very friendly, especially the breakfast service.
