Good breakfast , best position
Bathroom little bit small and SKY not available
Everything was perfect, starting from check-in via comfort in rooms and breakfast and ending with check-out
We got a free upgrade and were very thankful for a big room with a big balcony.
Clean. Checkin staff helpful.
Very old and basic. No window to look out.. No hot drink facility. Restaurant closed weekends no alternative nearby
The size of the room was fine. The shower is nice.
There was a picture of a naked women on the wall which we thought was strange for a family room.
Amazing family suite, super spacious and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent! Very diverse and nourishing.
The room was pretty cold with the minimum amount of heating. It was unpleasant especially after taking a walk on a rainy day in Wels.
Location, excellent service and bed

Central
Extra local charge at the desk, hotel and room a little drab, ideal for Austrian workers.
We came at 23:50, receptionist has waited for us. We are family of 5, we were very tired, and he was so kind, fast, and in 1 minute already in our room. Room was with 4 beds, perfect for us. Hot water, towels, and parking behind the hotel.
It would be great that they have family breakfast price, 5 of us 17 euros is too much. But 5 for 30-40, would be great, breakfast could be smaller.
Room size was great for us. The staff was very friendly
Shower cabin had mould and needs deep cleaning

Spacious room, very friendly & helpful staff. Covered onsite parking.
The only downside was no air-con, so the room was very warm (32-degree weather)
Passable
My kids didn’t like their bed mattress because is was hard and not comfortable and it was also very hot and there was no air conditioning
