Late check in.

I booked a room for 2 adults with a toddler and was given a room with 2 single beds. It made the stay uncomfortable as my wife is in her 6th month of pregnancy and sharing a single bed with a toddler was quite a squeeze. I was also charged tax twice.

TV was facing the bed with an angle. due to wall mount not being long enough.

The location is great, quiet and away from heavy traffic. Amazing staff, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast with a high variety for options, including vegan and gluten free. The rooms are clean, very nice furnished with the addition of kitchen and utensils.

There's no balcony for smoking.

This is excellent place to stay. Everything is very clean and well organised. Staff is very helpful and professional. That goes also for the staff at the restaurant that is just amazing! What a great food and so well arranged. If you are near Wels go just for the restaurant, you will enjoy it! There is also a choise of home made jams, liquors and other products. I highly recommend Gasthof Maxlhaid.

The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. It was amazing to find a bottle of wine in the room (needed to pay extra) since it was raining. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast is strongly recommended.

Location next to the highway. So ideal for a night of sleep during travelling up north. Bed and shower were nice.

No air conditioning. No fridge. Floor was not very clean. There was only a thick blanket which is way to warm in summer. Pillows are very low. Price for breakfast is €15 pp. Consider going to the Lidl instead which is close by.

We were passing through Germany on our journey and the hotel was the best choice we made. Staff was amazing, fast and friendly. Definitely and 100% recommend

Location is very convenient, close to the highway. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a lot to chose from. Gym is not very big but nicely equipped. Parking is spacious and free.

The room was spacious and silent. We had a big bed.

We expected a spa within the hotel, but was only a gym.

Bed could have been more comfortable, and WiFi reception in the room was very poor. When I had reception, the connection was very slow.

This is the third time staying here, so I'm a satisfied customer: location easy to reach from the motoway, yet quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and overall nice restaurant. Clean, practical rooms.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were renovated and modern.

The restaurant was closed and the only available snacks/drinks was from a small vending machine. The toiletries in the room were not refilled. It was quite noisy till small hours in the morning.

It was very convenient for the motorway and was unexpectedly modern and well appointed

The breakfast room was a little cramped but breakfast was good.

Spacious room well equipped climatisation nice bathroom , the pets are welcome

I asked for single double bed I got 2 individuals ones , there was no cafe machine and very small bath towels

Very friendly staff. Hotel has a small horse-drawn railway museum, though we didn't have time to visit. Very modern and clean bathroom.

Restaurant not open on a Saturday night, although we were recommended an alternative. Room a bit basic for the price.

We arrived at 10pm sharp and it was no problem to check in. The rooms seem to be new and in very nice but solid design.Altough on a very busy road it was quiet. Breakfast and personell was very helpful and friendly!

There was a lot of roadwork in the visinity, therefore a little bumpy to get to the location, which was probably just as anoying for the operators of the hotel. It was probably necessary and will be a lot better after it is finished.

Staff was very kind. You get small chocolate and bottle of water.Very good location. Great for rest or stay in the city.
