PLAZA INN Wels

Once a barking dog moved into the next room. So I had to move, not them. Dog was left alone in the room.

Everything was good, can't complain about anything. Good parking, clean.

Breakfast was ok, plenty of wasps on the terrace. We used the terrace for breakfast due to the dog.

Location. Parking. Restaurant very good.

No A/C in the room. The bathroom was not serviced properly.

Central location with plenty of parking lots underground (although it costs 10€ per night), Rooms big enough. Toilets very clean.

Rooms were too hot as one is sitting in baking oven!!! No air conditioner or ventilation in the Rooms. We were provided with standing fans on repeated request. Still it was too hot inside the Rooms. Didn't expect this from Best western.

The hotel is nice, the staff are ok.

As a bad point: the hotel lacks a good air conditioner, especially in hot days, only a small ventilator in the room and the building air conditioning is not working.

We stayed as rest stop location during our long drive. Late check-in possibility is very nice (was until 4 am, confirmed by calling reception)There is a parking garage right under the hotel. (10 Euro per stay)

towels were very dirty like already used. (dust and hair)bed was not comfortable, it would be nice if it's renewed.there is ventilator instead of air conditioner, can be difficult for hot summer time

The location and the room was big enough

It wasn’t cleen, the carpet smelled bad, the electrical points was crazy made - right behind the heads

It was located very close to city center, with reasonably price garage parking just below the hotel.

The bathrooms were looking nice but had soap and shower gel dispensers were dripping, with crusted dried shampoos below the dispensing valve. Toilet flushing was not working properly so you had to press it multiple times in order to stop, there was a loose light hanging in one of the rooms.Check-in took rather long, concerning the fact that accommodation was pre booked,

We spent one night at this hotel - everything was correct. The hotel is well situated, there is a parking availabe. The breakfast as good.

The room was not very big, but more then enough for one night.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, great location, underground public parking near the entrance, with lifts into the hotel .The restaurant and staff were very professional, I had steak, it was like butter.

The room smelled like cigarettes, and we had to change for another room. We arrived at 9:30 pm and waited a good 10 minutes before someone finally met us at the reception. Overall, it's very standard compared to other 4-star hotels.

Breakfast was excellent! Great location. Parking was great too.

Not so clean in the room and the hotel overall..

The room was very large and comfortable. We did not have breakfast in hotel. The location is excellent, right at the eastern margin of the historical city center making the visit of it very easy.

It is difficult to find something I did not like.

overal interior is tired and old, i would not give more then 3 stars to such hotel

Restaurant steak house, brilliant. Coffee and tea in room and room and bathroom good size

Sadly asked for Decaff coffee either for room or from bar but they said did not have, yet at breakfast there was. Some areas just a little bit of updating

The cleanness can be improved but no biggie.

Clean and tidy, close to highway and city center, staff very friendly

We spent there 1 night 'on route'. We needed a quiet place to sleep and the hotel gave us exactly that. Decent breakfast and option to use underground garage. The room had english channels and large bathroom

The hotel is quite old, but clean. Will need an decor update in upcoming years

Staff on reception and running the bar were incredibly helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their advice on the area too.The rooms were clean, the showers hot and the breakfast was full of choice.The location is really near the bustling bars and restaurants of Wels.

There is a car park but it has a low height restrictor which was too low with a roof box on the car. Street parking is at a premium in this location and took a while.
