Very good breakfast and friendly staff ?, good value for money

The hotel was easy to reach, Staff was welcoming and nice, rooms were clean and efficient, bed was comfortable. A/C was already working when I came, so the room's temperature was a treat – just the right thing on an otherwise unbearable hot day.

No obvious way to turn on ventilation or open a window in the bathroom – took a while for the A/C to take care of the shower steam.Simple water kettle with tea, but no coffee. Mugs were clean but rinsing the dust from the outside now and then would've been great.

Design of interior in rooms and lobby is simple but amazing!Easy parking. We used the underground parking, but there was a lot of place around the hotel too.We checked in at 11 p.m.

Great location just off the highway, private underground garage, room had everything and was clean and comfortable. The hotel and room was more modern than i expected. This is NOT your typical rundown airport hotel that reminds of a hospital!! I was very surprised at the modern amenities, the staff were beyond amazing (night reception guy especially!). Everything in room you need, just bring drinking water if you must drink out of a bottle.

The breakfast has a HUGE variety of food and LOTS of options, i just feel the cooked items in buffet are still the typical hotel industry food which for me is bland and tasteless, but its a personal thing as my taste buds are different. Again, its just a matter of knowing the cooked stuff comes out of some instant box, rather than it was “homemade”

Nothing, everything was perfectWell, maybe room a bit small

Clean, easy access from underground car park as well as above ground car park. Close to the Exhibition centre, and a supermarket across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, uncomplicated menu for meals in the restaurant, and for those who wanted to eat in their room, trays were provided to take your meal with you. I travelled with my dogs, and a welcome dog treat bar was just inside the front door. Great to have an electric kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

While it was great to have an electric kettle in the room, but only herbal tea and one black tea were provided. No coffee or milk was provided. I dont drink herbal tea and dont drink my tea black! I am a white coffee drinker. I went over to the supermarket and bought coffee and milk so I could have a nice coffee while relaxing in the room. I was told on check out that if I had asked at the desk they would have given me both coffee and milk. However, I asked at the bar and was told they did not have coffee or milk to supply to the room, but i could buy a coffee and take back to my room.

For a heavy person as I am (123 kg), the bed was extremely comfortable - what's not often the case. Besides that, room furniture was new and very well organized. Depending on the time of arrival, you can free street parking Definitely coming back when I'll be in town.

Shower without doors = splashing water all around bathroom

We been there 4 days and we really enjoyed. Breakfast are delicious with many choices ? also workers are super nice.In future definitely would like to visit again.

The Hotel is very clean. The breakfast was perfect, and it's very comfortable to get breakfast till 11:00. The tables were filled till the end, which is superb. The staff are very helpful, polite and flexible.

It would be great to have a sauna or some wellness service, but it's just a proposal for the future. :)

The design of the room was quite interesting amd all the facilities worked well and as expected.

The hotel is a bit difficult to get to from the train station, at least after 20:00 at night and unfortunately the bed wasn't super comfortable.

No wellness center,No coffee or tea option in room and no minibar.

The place was clean, hotel open with 24/7 reception. Indoor parking available. The room was big enough, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel accepts dog.

This isn'tt really an issue but just good to know that there is an extra fee for parking and for pets.

Clean, modern and comfortable despite fairly small room

The check in was taking time due to only one person available and the parking should be included in this process or the dewon should be cheaper if the hotel charges for parking space

We stopped to sleep on our way to the UK.24/7 check-in. Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms

The young man at the reception was kind, as was the boy who served us beer and pizza (only dish available in the restaurant!).

Much exaggerated price for a room with prison-like facilities. I don't understand how the stars are awarded in Austrian hotels, but I would only recommend Ibis Wels for the underground parking (extra fee) and the air conditioning. You better have your own toiletries by the hand, as their hair and body wash might be suitable for laundry as well.

Very nice IBIS. Very clean hotel. Prices are very high in this period in Europe. In my opinion too much, everywhere.
