PLAZA Residence Stuttgart-Ditzingen

Well appointed room, quiet location, covered parking. Very good and well priced meal.

Pillows! They offer no comfort. They feel as they are pumped up with the air, never giving in, way too high, impossible for me to find any comfortable position.

Room was well furnished, modern, elegant quiet, and good size. bed was comfortable. coffee machine and fresh fruits in the room was great. front desk was very kind and courteous. great experience, better than expected. perfect for one night, or two.

everything was good.

I booked this hotel last minute, and I'm glad I did! Very friendly reception staff. My room was spacious and very clean. I made use of the cutlery and crockery in the room instead of the hotel breakfast (17 Euros as an optional extra). Parking is 12 Euros a night but there are parking slots outside, just be aware some are residents parking. There is a drop off/pick up area at the main entrance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hard to find any fault, some odour from the bathroom drains, however the bathroom was immaculately clean. I didn't like the pillows but that's a personal preference.

Great size room, with tea and coffee making facilities. The lighting around the bed that came on when you got up in the middle of the night was brilliant. Also the bed had the best pillows. We also enjoyed the substantial breakfast choices.

My only issue was that I was unable to connect to the WiFi anywhere in the hotel.

Nice quiet location with rooms overlooking the gardens, cemetery or courtyard. I recommend a comfort room with balcony, they have double doors and a green view with lilac trees

The heating was malfunctional and the first night I slept with open windows but the room stayed cold through the next night

Excellent hotel tucked away in the edge of a rural town, great facilities including parking with lift access straight to the rooms. Rooms a spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, all topped by a good breakfast.

There is nothing I disliked

Clean, nice people at the reception

I ate breakfast in the hotel. Althought the food was very good, i had a bad experience with the omlette that they prepare. I was asked if i want an omlette so that they prepare in place. I said that i want one and i was told to sit and they bring it to me when it is prepared. Then i waited for more than 20 minutes that they didn't serve it to me, so i checked with them and they somehow forgot to prepare my omlette...Finally they asked me if i still want it but i declined because i had to leave to start my day.

Everything was great issues were solved quickly

The double bed is just two single beds, they will separate.

Clean, friendly, and air conditioned

Little stroll to the city center.

Not ok experience

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with reception staff and check in process. We had to do self check in, since there was no one to assist us at the reception (during working hours). The key didn't work at the main entrance, so we had to search for help..and once we got to our room - THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED WITH OTHER GUEST!!! The reception staff were very ignorant and unprofessional.. There was no even "sorry", as it was normal thing to happen. The Hotel charged us during self check in process and they STILL HOLDING the pre authorisation amount that they took during the reservation process!

Great hotel, nice and clean room, friendly staff. Location is good for travelling by car. Breakfast is conventional but good. The underground parking garage is convenient. Pets are welcome and free of charge.

Not friendly personnel in reception not the young boy but the another one ( kal)
