Business Hotel

Easy to access from the road. Nice breakfast, and the pool area was nice, I also appreciated the easy parking.

Rooms were a bit backdated, they could do with an update.

It's a pretty terrible place overall: worst beds of the entire year, it looks like a jail inside (rooms), cold and humid, not super clean (found several hair all around), for the price it's absurd

Close to highway.

Rooms available at late arrival are in a different part of the hotel and needs urgent renovation. There were some works going on so there is hope that soon it will be better. The heating fan was noisy and the door difficult to lock.It gave me an old and abandoned feeling. The mail part of the hotel may be better.

Good breakfast, friendly stuff, swimming pool was great.

We stayed overnight on our way south. Easy safe parking with modern room and good air-conditioning. All was very clean. Also swimming pool and surrounding very clean. Place is run by two very accommodating sisters. Recommended ?

The receptionists were pretty nice. But that's all.

Everything. The room was bad, not comfortable, not pretty, not 100% clean. Also had to climb a huge stair to access my room, with a 4 yr old. They don't have ANY KIND of room service, and I had to go out in the cold with my daughter to have dinner. The room was full of cobwebs, spiders and small moths. I do not recommend this place. IT'S FAR FROM BEING A 3-STAR HOTEL.

Friendly staff. we were late for check in and everything was so organised for us and even they let us to check out longer. swimming pool was extra bonus and so good.

it was close to everything. Big city’s like Milan, Genova, Venezia and som great small city’s in Italy. it was also close to lidl, which was great. it was a small city, but it was great to be in the city. so the hotel was placed perfect for me at my family.

I really didn’t like the manager, she was turning the power of everything off. like the air condition, the lights, the washing machine. we had a little two years old kid, who got sick of how hot it was because the air condition never worked. the exuce was “their is a limed of how much power you can use in Italy” we were out of the hotel from 7 in morning to 12 at nights, so we never used the power. and it turned off every time we used it. it’s a hotel for every age. but we still got asked on a not good way to make our 2 year old that played in the pool to be quiet. we found a big spider in our room, and asked them to take it down, but they never did. they don’t change the pillows or towels. and they promised us to do it every 3 days. but they never did. we didn’t have anything to clean the house with. it was a big mess!

Check in staff where very helpful and rooms where clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good!

Air con was reported multiple times and it wasn't working. It was warmer outside of the room than in side! Very disappointed and a restless night sleep because of this heat!

On route, easy to find

NO AIR CONDITIONING AS ADVERTISED BLOWING WARM. Couldn't sleep, rang reception 3 times. When complained to reception on leaving not interested and became rude .26c outside and no air con.

Loved the room, light and airy. Good breakfast. Huge selection of croissant.

Ground floor room was very useful for storing bicycle. Supermarket within walking distance.

The 3 storey bunk bed is excellent for family with 3 children. The kids love it. The room is comfortable and good size. The balcony is a bonus. Not too far from town nearby for food and shopping.

The shower is bad as the water is not hot enough and almost in dripping manner (very low water pressure).

The room was pretty large so we could fit in a baby cot that the hotel rented out. The balcony is a nice place to sit in the afternoon while our baby slept in the room.There is enough parking and the hotel lies perfectly between Milano, Torino and Genova. But the town itself also has enough restaurants and ice cream shops for a night out.

Breakfast items run out quick. All the times we went to breakfast, in the middle of breakfast time so not at the end, a lot of food was already gone. But there weren't a lot of guest at the hotel at the time so I can imagine they were trying to prevent waste.Also the front door isn't isolated well. Usually not a big deal but often we could hear people talking very clearly.
