Staff was helpful

It's not a 3 stars hotel, extremely poor room and bathroom, not enough blankets. I was expecting something like Hyatt as the website said, but I would compare this hotel to a 2 stars at most!

The hotel itself is great. Very helpful staff, very clean. Parking is not free, something I overlooked.

The GPS I used, put us on a road semi-close to the hotel called "Crack Land".... not the best place for people to drive through. There are alternative routes, but for those who do not know the areas..... it could be dangerous.

The air conditioner was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep with on. The building was very old and there was a gap between the air conditioner and wall. I could hear and smell from the outside.

The room was clean, the location is pretty good near to the Metro station. The staff was always attentive to our needs, they helps us to buy entrances to a few attractions. Thank you.

Breakfast was good, i enjoyed it. The stuff was friendly.

They had to change us two times of room. First room there was a leak, second room the AC didnt work properly.

Good service for the price, clean, comfortable, safe (guard 24/7, additional door locks), spacey bathroom and shower, the guard was helpful

The recepcionist does not speak Spanish or even English - like none of the staff... a bit unbeliavable for me. The hotel is in the street where it is not very safe (definitely don't recommend to go out in the night), and is a bit noisy in the night. We had prepaid breakfast but they were not willing to give us a sandwich to the bag when we announced early check-out due to the early flight.

The direct neighborhood is fine and there are some restaurants and bars very close-by; Praca Republica does not make a good impression especially at night, but the way to the metro is safe

Great location, comfy, with good breakfast.

The surrounding area is a bit run down and full of homeless people, but there is hotel security at all times and police patrols during the day.

Staff let us check in early, breakfast was real good, staff was really caring about your safety as the area didn't seem too pleasant at the time (especially at night).

Large room with effective A/C, hot shower, fridge, etc. Comfy and big bed. Breakfast was very very good for a relatively budget hotel. Location 2 minutes from a metro station.

Zero English spoken . Scary/unsafe area after the darkness around hotel.I've fallen sick during my stay and called reception asking for a paracetamol tablet - answer was NAO.

The staff was great and really helpful, the breakfast was good and varied.

The location is not great, especially if you don't know the city, the area didn’t seem safe.

Staff were excellent. Had a problem with my phone and needed to make a call and staff offered to use their personal phone when the hotel one didn’t work. Have booked to stay for 2 more nights.

The bedroom had a small balcony with a nice view of the downtown. The breakfast was good for the most part. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful, even lending us a charger for a while before we left.

Initially, we were put in the standard double room, even though we selected the superior double room. When we called the frontdesk about this, he said that they would "upgrade us to a better room without any cost". It's fine to make a mistake, but it's very unpleasant to not admit and try to make it up for it by lying.

It was a comfortable hotel, with helpful staff. At least one persoon. spoke English, rest of the staf not.

There was an irritating sound in the aurcondition, because of that I had bad nights. The reception would change me to another room. But when I came back in the room the sound was disapperared. Unfortunatelyin the night it started again.

No safe box in the room as was indicated in the reservation.No Wi-Fi connection in our room, because it is far from the router.Towels had stains.Staff was not amicable when we explained our problems with the reservation we made and what we got.

Te staf was very friendly! The location is realy convenient because there is a subwaystation in 1 minuut walking.The breakfast was also very good.
