The staff were very friendly and responsively. The hotel maintains a pleasantly quiet environment. Its location is convenient and well-situated for exploring the area. The breakfast offering was of good quality with adequate variety.

The location is great , rooms are ok, as well parking in front of the room door is very comfortable.

Great location for travelling to/from Milan, Milan Malpensa Airport and also north into the lakes region and Alps. The hotel room was just right with plenty of space and bathroom has great shower. The parking is brilliant - right next to the room. The hotel grounds are nice and private and quiet. Easy access into Busto Arsizio central for easting and shopping - by car (5min) or 30min easy walk. The breakfast area is spacious and the selection and quality of food was very good. Looking forward to staying again on my next visit to the area.

Struggling to think of anything to be honest! So nope - nothing really!

The room is well furnished, with a comfortable bed. Clean and well kept. The parking for your vehicle is close to your room. Breakfast gives you a variety of choices and the staff is very friendly.

The fan in the room was a bit noisy while running. Turning it off when retiring to bed, did not affect the comfort of the room.

As it was just a stay to have a sleep after our flight, I though it might be a good idea to look for the hotels which are not so far away from the airport and have some public transport nearby to get to Milan the next day. Lady at the reception was very sweet, we checked in fast and had a really good sleep and a breakfast in the morning.

The main disatvantage so to say is that you better come there with your car as it was kind of hard to get around without it

the restaurant no longer open but a pizza restaurant and the golf club easy to drive to or takeaways

Could not fault the staff they were very helpful.Breakfast was very nice.plenty of parking.

Hotel was a little out of town so you needed your own transport or use a taxi. No evening meals available so had to walk about 600 metres to local facilities.

Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until past midnight , the hotel is open 24 hours and the staff on duty were very helpful

For the price paid, this was a great hotel. I didn't explore it much (was there for work) so can't comment on the facilities. I liked the fact you parked your car at the door to your room. Breakfast was nice, staff friendly. Room was nice and comfortable and very quiet.

Driving to your room with the car is pretty nice for just a night-over

1. We arrived at 01:00 am (Hotel was informed regarding our late arrival). The staff at the entrance wanted to see IDs of every single person – never experienced that; unfortunately we forget the ID of our sleeping 2yrs daughter – was quite a discussion that we could go in...2. Breakfast really unsatisfying

Very unique hotel with friendly staff. Loved that you could park your car in front of your room. The room smelled great must have some diffuser hidden somewhere. The bed was nice and big but a bit hard for my liking. The bathroom was nice with a rain shower.

Breakfast was ok - unfortunately nothing warm and only white bread - therefore we didn’t go the second morning.
