Very good quality, good room. Especially enjoyed the ability to cancel until 6pm the same day.

Was very hard to find parking. There's a huge parking lot just next to it, and it was Tuesday night (not a weekend) and there were 4-5 cars turning around, waiting for a spot to open. The hotel gave no indications on other parkings.

Booking states that the hotel comes with a sauna, however, this is not included in the price which is a bit deceiving.Similarly, free parking is provided, but they only have about 10 places, first come first served. There's a large public parking next to the hotel, but not free, and a pain to use unless you have swiss coins.

It was close to the train station which was good and the staff were amazing, giving us recommendations for places to eat and see for our short stay. Our room also had a great view of the mountains!

There was rubbish left in our room from the previous guests.

Helpful reception staff. Free car parking was available when we arrived, this was great. The bed was super comfortable. Location was excellent. Good (busy) bar downstairs. Close to restaurants.

A bit noisy from street outside. The shower was tiny. The room was a bit smelly (sewer) upon arrival.

This hotel is pretty worn downBreakfast room is depressingThe breakfast was one of the most uninspiring I had the past ten years. Secret tip to hotel managers: take out the two most expensive elements of your breakfast offerings, and replace it with something that is surprising, fresh and local.

I really enjoyed the breakfast - the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well supplied. The coffee machine was a really nice touch. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room in excellent condition.

The walls at this hotel are paper thin. On weekdays, this is not an issue at all, but there is a bar on the bottom floor which plays loud music on Friday nights, and the room was literally vibrating. I could also hear noise from the hallway, which was particularly an issue when some guests a few doors down were smashing their skis into the wall. In fact, a few of the guests were drunk and belligerent on the weekend, which I cannot blame the hotel for, but which was absolutely an issue you need to keep in mind if you book here. The hallways smelt of weed. Part of the issue is that on some nights, the only member of staff working was a young lady. The hotel should understand that some of their clientele can behave in such ways and make sure there is always a man to deal with such issues so female guests and workers don't feel vulnerable.

Warm, quiet room with modern renovation and mountain view. There is a large free parking lot near the hotel. Excellent service, very chic breakfast. Suitable for family holidays in the lower reaches of the Alps.

Straight off the train, down the street and into the hotel. Could not be a better location. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful. The room was perfectly satisfactory. Essentially, a comfortable place to pass the night, which was all I required of it.

I had hoped for a kettle but instead there was an espresso machine that I did not know how to work.
