Not a thing.

Had a terrible experience with a rude and temperamental reception worker. She basically told us to go away since it was not check-in time (2PM) instead of processing us in (we arrived at 1 PM) and storing our bags until the room was ready. The location was also inconvenient and the facilities / vibe reminded me of a Motel 6 in the USA ($50/night) fleabag. Absolutely avoid this hotel if possible.

Close to the train station and grocery store.

Not an issue, but they don’t accept Euros. Other places in Switzerland that I visited accepted Euros or Swiss Francs.

Huge room with laminate floor great for wheelchair, excellent disable bathroom.

New and clean. Restaurant attached was good since hotel is not within walking distance of restaurants.

Trouble with room temperature

The hotel is a very short walk from the station. It is very clean and modern and the staff were lovely. Breakfast included the best bacon and egg I have had i. Switzerland. The extra surprise was free tickets to verbier when we checked out

Too essential breakfast. More options like natural yoghurt without sugar or oat flakes would be appreciated.

This is a good hotel, not far away from the centre of town. Good parking space, good breakfast including hot choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom well equipped with towels including face cloths. Our room had a terrific view of the surrounding mountains.

No negative features from our point of view.

The breakfast was truly more like American breakfast.. scrambled eggs, fatty sausages and bacon..not like in other European hotels we stayed in

There seems to be a construction going on. Some type of machine was creating a screeching noise. I didn't get to sleep at all.

The room was very comfortable, and appreciated the fan they provided as it is not air-conditioned. Food at dinner was amazing, loved it!

Biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. Made for a less comfortable stay. Lobby could have used a couple of seats (that weren't part of the bar)

Rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean and relatively large. Staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant is very good - pretty good choice for breakfast and innovative dishes for dinner. But the biggest praise for this hotel lies in their policy of inclusiveness, as a fair number of the staff are people with certain challenges or disabilities. Brilliant.
