Good location

No staff at location. Shared bathroom was dirty und chaotic. Shower head didn't attach properly, light also didn't work properly. Switches in the room weren't connected properly. Loud guests.

Badly in need of updating and it’s very strange to be talking to someone on a screen rather than in person - a bit creepy to be honest.

Could use painting and bathroom updates.

Private shower, very comfy bed! Good location; quiet.

Virtual front desk staff was a weird thing but they were nice and friendly.

Easy to get to and well located for Verbier etc.

Tired decor. Hot room. Bedside lights not working and not fixed after reporting them.

Overpriced and uncomfortable — not worth the money.

We found the hotel to be overpriced for the quality of both the accommodation and the service. The room was noisy, the bed uncomfortable, and overall the experience didn’t justify the high cost. The price-to-quality ratio is definitely negative — poor value for money.

Check in is with a receptionist on a screen. Price is great but facilities are plain simple and uninspiring.

Perfect for a short stay whilst between ski resorts. Perfectly functional, comfortable and easy.

Shower could have done with a bit of a de-mold spray!

Beds were very comfy and warm.

Smell of cigarette, the fact that the room looked like no one really cared about what it looked like and the bathroom which was outside of the room was not really looked after

Location and parking

Very old and basic. Light fitting above the bed was broken. Could do with a refurbishment but aware it is a 2 star. No wardrobe, just hooks, and bathroom was chilly.

Efficient ,comfy bed, inexpensive for Switzerland

Generally, location, easy parking, friendly check-in although just a virtual check-in person

Cleanliness: Found hair on one of the pillows :-( . Breakfast: Buffet needs to be replenished more quickly as guests had to wait for bread, croissants, ham, eggs, etc. Simply too little food for the number of guest at breakfast

Warm room, comfortable bed.

Hairdryer built in the wall, and you have to stick with your head to the wall to dry. Looked like it was missing some parts of it. (Im happy I took mine). Booking was for 2 people, we had only 1 glass and few pieces of toilet paper. the worst were the state of bed: black hair all around it, small and big, some blue lines on the bed sheets (was it washed?). In addition the floor under toilet wasn’t washed for a long time, you can see dry yellow spot while seating on the bed. One of the bed lights was broken. Normally if something is dirty or not enough Im trying to fix it with hotel members in a moment but this time we stayed one night and you want to come and sleep well instead of looking for someone to help you.

The small room was warm and clean. The bed was comfortable.

We first visited this hotel when it was owned by an Italian family. It was then very welcoming with a good restaurant and bar. This time we were welcomed by a face on a screen. We saw no personnel there. The bar and restaurant were no longer in use. We were told by the face on the screen (probably coming from India) that the breakfast began at 06.30 and so we paid for it. The following morning we found that it began at 08.00 which was too late for us so we left having lost our breakfast payment as no personnel appeared. All the rooms have been reduced in size. The toilet was so small that we had to sit on the toilet sideways! The towels were thin and old. This was disgracefully expensive for what it now is!

The room was larger than expected and beautifully clean. Lovely linen and the ensuite much nicer than expected. I was pleasantly surprised after some of the reviews I read ( after I booked !) . Very similar standard to a French Motorway Formula One type hotel.

The bedside lamps did not work but that is my only complaint . The en line Zoom like reception/ check in was strange but it more or less worked ! I was checked in by a young lady who had a very deep masculine voice which I assume was as a result of a software error and crossed lines .

Hotel was clean, basic room, everything worked well, lift for upper floors, staff helpful, easy walk to train station, internet great, met all my needs.

Nothing really.

Very clean and well organized.I visited for the Carnaval du Bourg and it was a walking distance from the main area.Also, walking distance from the city center as well.

Nothing - absolutely horrific specially for the cost. What an insult

No staff, where it’s situated, no BKF incl. room OK-ish I am paying for this. A complete farce.

The room had everything needed. Clean.

Suggest to improve the reading lights and install separate switches between room light and reading light.
