That was our worst experience staying in Krabi town ever. Photos on booking.com doesn't match the reality. Krabi Heaven is a small untidy hotel across the road from Krabicity View hotel, whose reception is on booking.com photos. I would never ever book a room in this hotel if I saw real room photos. Please see it attached. I hope it will help you to make a right impression about this hotel. We checked in at 9 pm, our rooms were 301 and 401. The hotel staff informed these were the two last rooms available. We were surprised that our rooms are in another building just across the road from the building which is shown on booking.com photos. When we came up to the rooms, we were shocked indeed: room looked nothing as on photos. Walls had old paint and dirt/moisture stains, and needed to be replastered and repainted. The bed blankets were very old and had holes. There was no hot water in room 401, as the water heater was broken. In room 301 the water heater was not properly hanged on the wall. We felt like being cheated with beautiful photos which were nothing like a reality! We asked the hotel staff to change the rooms, and they informed they dont have any similar rooms available, and first they offeres us a 15 sqm dirty old room, and later they said they could only find us one room for in the opposite building, while we would need two rooms close by. Hotel staff said all other rooms were booked, while we can see light only in 3 rooms in the whole building, and just a few guests at a reception area. So we decided we had no other choice as to stay in the current rooms. I will never book this hote again, and would never advise anyone to stay there. A complete dissapointment! There are a lot of better choices in the area, in a similar price range.
The bed was very large, even for 2 people amd very comfortable. The AC very effective and cooled the room fast which was nice and refreshing. Check in and out was very easy.
The room we had was veeery small (but was called a budget room), we were unable to change the temperature of the shower and the sink leaked if we had the tap on for too long.It took us a while to find, although on here it is called Krabi Heaven, the main reception is inside Krabi City View and it was very clear other than one small wooden board outside which we easily walked past.

Big spacious rooms. Size is very generous. Strong AC. Free water. Central to everything the area has to offer.
Location is as stated. However, " Krabi Heaven" is a connected property across the road from the main owner which is Krabi City View.
THE room was very clean and spacious. It was extremely close to everything. The market, the shops.The personal was very friendly. I had a wonderful stay. Kop kun Krup.
Very good localisation in Krabi. Hotel rooms are very modest but clean.
Loud air cons in the rooms so if you find it hard to sleep in loud places, you may find it unpleasent.
