The Chill at Krabi Hotel

Fantastic staff (especially the front desk), quiet location with Bolt/Grab access to downtown Krabi, quiet room (may have just been luck)

Rooms are as basic as you can get, elevator only went to the 3rd floor and we were on the 4th, skylight windows were dirty so we couldn't enjoy the mountain views, limited breakfast selection

The room and the bathroom smells very bad and not clean at all. No facilities at all and very hot they dont have AC in the corridors. Staff are not welcoming or assisting with the lagguage

Nothing really

This hotel was sooo noisy, we couldn't sleep all night. Even though it was policy that the pool closes at 10pm, people sat there having loud conversations. Restaurant closed, nothing around the place. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody. The entire night was just noise from other tourists. When we got there we have been told that the restaurant was closed and there was nothing around it, been told to call Eat Uber or take a taxi to town, which is ridiculous. DON'T book!!!

Nothing Everything was perfect

The rooms were very specious and the bed super comfortable. Shower water and pressure were perfect! Swimming pool was pleasant, the staff took care to leave water the coffee outside the door if needed. The free bicycle are a wonderful and practical idea. I enjoyed them!

Very clean and perfect for one night pre-flight. Lovely staff who printed off our boarding passes for us and recommended some great places to eat in town. Rooms were extremely spacious with comfortable beds.

Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed for our visit.

Clean, most comfortable bed of all the places I’ve stayed, new and modern, AC and water pressure is good. Staff are polite.

This is my second stay at The Chill and to be remebered by the staff was lovely! The rooms are a decent size, very clean and modern. Great value for money too, especially for a solo traveller like myself! The hotel is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the main Ao Nang beach but a 'Grab' taxi only cost about £5, so still great value for money and it is nice to be away from the main & busy tourist spots. With a lot of the excursions I went on, it included a pick up at the hotel too so the distance did not matter.

It was very friendly and clean the staff were amazing and the pool was so nice. And the bed was unbelievable felt like a cloud. Definitely be back

Nice looking hotel, comfortable rooms and beautiful pools. Friendly and helpful staff.

Sound insulation is not great, and the hotel isn’t very close to anything like shops or restaurants.

I loved that the place matches the name of the hotel which is “The Chill”. I love the ambiance, the nature and how peaceful the place ❤️. The staff was accommodating and easy to communicate.

What i didn’t like is that their Bar area was close, no drinks available in the hotel.

Simple, clean, great location and attracts friendly guests.

There isn’t any food on site past breakfast.

Clean. Lots of parking. Lots of seating in main lobby.

Would wish for brighter light in the bathroom.

I love the facilities there as they chill bar that you can chill and have drinks there.

A bit far out to go other places that you needed a grab or taxi to go to town
