Very nice device, good facilities and comfortable access to hot springs

Beautiful location

Very little water pressure and cold running water we booked a room with a bath but couldn’t fill it

The property was absolutely perfect. The Hot Springs felt like a private oasis. We enjoyed that we saw the hot waterfall from the property (less than 10 min drive). The staff was amazing they helped me with my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and were good at suggesting things for me. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage on property- highly recommend.

The only thing was the floors were squeaky and we didn’t want to disturb our downstairs neighbors.

we also stayed around ao nang beach or at the villa 10minutes far from ao nang beach. but my daughter said this hidden villa inside the “jungle” was the best (she is 4 years old) it had a very unique atmosphere, only one experience. it’s not in a convenient location, but that makes this place special. although they only have one small restaurant, the food was nice and the service was great. we were a bit worried if this place will be too old or dirty or difficult to stay with my kid, but in the end i regret i didn’t book here for 2 nights. (i only stayed 1 night). my daughter had so much fun walking around the property with beautiful nature.

if you could manage the hot spring a bit more clean it would be perfect (although it was acceptable level).

Wareerak is a beautiful spa resort right in the jungle. It's absolutely beautiful and perfect to relax. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly: I accidentally booked the wrong month for our stay and was not able to change it via booking.com, but the receptionist handled it all for us. The massage we had was delightful, the food delicious and the hot springs hot and beautiful. We stayed in one of the Bamboo huts and loved falling asleep to the sound of frogs, crickets and birds.It's heaven in a jungle.

The hot spring was a fantastic experiences. The daily yoga provided by Sasa was great. We hired a motorbike from outside Krabi bus terminal and it took us 50 minutes to arrive the resort.

It was a bit distance to travel. But it worth all the efforts.

Hot Springs were an absolute delight. Staff were friendly and good humoured with each other as well as with guests. Great location, quite magical really, however, other aspects let the resort down.

Considering the hot springs were spot on, there was no hot water in the room, the velocity of the shower was extremely poor, and barely made it a temperature above freezing. The internet was poor, with hours where there was none at all. It wasn't until I went into the lobby to inform them that I was given a different internet address. However, this only worked ok in the lobby but not in the room. The bed was more like a futon, with a quilt used as a mattress cover. Thailand is well known for comfortable beds and are very accommodating if you request a topper. In all my years travelled to Thailand, I think this was the most uncomfortable stay, so much so, made our excuses and left a day early. It's a pity, just a few adjustments would make this a wonderful place to stay.

Quiet

The road entering the resort is so bad that you need a jeep, some more it’s single flow. The foot path was so muddy. Massage was terrible and expensive Baht1200 per hour.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ao nang and other tourists areas. Staff are extremely welcoming and cannot do enough to keep you happy. Had a beautiful massage and the hot springs are very special and private. Will definitely recommend as a peaceful getaway and great location near the emerald pool and hot springs waterfalls.

Limited food selection due to off peak season but the staff made a big effort to serve are requests.

the staff were wonderful and the location is beautiful, if not remote (part of the charm, but also a consideration without own transport). that said, it's an easy grab/bolt from Krabi town, and the staff helped us source a taxi to our next destinationthe food was great, although a number of menu items weren't available - perhaps a smaller seasonal menu would be betterthe room was perfect, we were lucky to have the balcony with a bathtub in the trees! we also arrive to beautiful towel swans and flowersthe yoga is a must - perfectly tailored for beginners, with encouragement to 'stretch' ourselves

the hot springs were being renovated during our visit. every effort was made to make this as unobtrusive as possible, and this only means it's more beautiful for future visitors

Such a beautiful place, surrounded trees and natural hot springs. The bamboo cottage was super cute and felt like a real jungle stay.

As to be expected there were a lot of mosquitoes, but that’s a fair price to pay for such a pretty spot. No shops around and they only provided 3x 500ml water bottles a day in the room and were a little reluctant to give us extra, so be sure to bring some water and snacks with you.

Since you are staying in the woods, you might encounter animals and insects in your hut.

A wonderful place - the nature is very beautiful. If you need a break from the big city, come here. The staff is very polite and helpful, everything is clean, comfortable villa, convenient parking, excellent hot springs.

If you are a vegetarian (do not eat meat or fish), please inform the staff in advance. There is very little vegetarian cuisine. (once when they specifically told us they prepared a wonderful breakfast. On other days we had to look for food outside the hotel)

Everything was wonderful: food, room, hot pools, staff. The location is perfect.

The massages were okay but I expected them to be better due to the rather high price.

The place, where every single detail is for the comfort of the customer. We liked everything - bamboo cottage was excellent, beautiful and super comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable we slept in Thailand, there were nice tradicional swimming suits and towel for us to use, bathroom was cosy, beautiful and comfortable, the terrace amazing. Very cyte bed decoration for our honey moon. Super nice staff, beautiful public spaces, great maasage, free fresh coconuts in the restaurant. The garden was absolutely amazing, hot spring area also, it was so nice to enjoy there in the morning and in the evening, when all the tourists were gone. It's easy to reach Esmerald Pool if You have motorbike or car, also You can order private transfer at hotel. Also we enjoyed free and excellent Yoga class and desert cooking class with very nice chef. It's a perfect place for two or free days relax straight after coming from busy working life.

Only one thing - the wifi connection in public places was rather poor, but we came not tostay in internet, so that didn't cause a problem at all. There was no wifi in bamboo cottage, but that was only an advantage for us - to spend less time with phones.

The small number of cabins is good and there's more than enough pools for everybody to enjoy privately. They serve soft drinks at the pools and they're open 24 hours.

Shower wasn't warm at all. Very cold. But everything else made up for it.

This property is an oasis of calm and comfort. We arrived and immediately checked out the hot springs. We did yoga the following morning followed by a delicious breakfast and a 90minute massage. The massage was exceptional. Would go back in a heartbeat!

beautiful warm swimming pools belonging to the hotel and a nice garden. I am very sorry to write this because I am a positive person and I tend not to write negative opinions . There is any restaurant nearby, so you have to go to the hotel restaurant, which is very expensive and has a small selection. the breakfast is very small, there is little food and it is not even refilled. If someone manages to eat in the morning, the other guests have nothing to eat. But the worst thing is this, that every morning at 07.00 the neighbor's propety owner do the bery big nosie , his leaf blowing machine is turned on and it is so loud that it is impossible to sleep! the machine runs non-stop for almost 2 hours every morning. It's a pity becouse This place has a lot of potential
