- very loud AC that you could hear both in the room and the electric installation (assuming related to AC) outside of thr building even louder on the balcony. Turning AC off in my room was not possible/noise did not stop. worst sleep I had in several weeks.the balcony had a super bright floodlight in front.I booked a more expensive hotel room with balcony with river view to enjoy my last evening outside... that money was wasted. I did not want to sit outside even for a minute under these conditions...

Great location right across the street from the river, you can walk to anywhere in town,no problem night markets, bars, restaurants, great breakfast spot, everything’s close by?
Bed was hard but typical for Thailand ?♂️

It serves it's purpose. Wifi worked fine. Organised our taxi to the airport and was able to store our bag there for the day
Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we went into the room. No toilet paper, rubbish bin full and best not describe the other thing.
