Small resort, all the rooms overlooked the pool. The pool was awesome, large with lots of chairs. Location was great.

Breakfast was adequate, but not as much variety as photos show.

Where to begin? The reception was ok. You really don't get any information on them they are not very helpful. The rooms are very large. But they did not really clean the toilet and they did not change sheets for the 6 nights we stayed. They just provide water and toilet papers. The water from the shower and to brush your teeth is salty. Very uncomfortable. The ladies at the breakfast room were all nice anf friendly but the breakfast was not worth it. It was so basic. The fact that they did not bother to notify us that the swimming pool is close. We are allowed to swim at Krabi resort but the pool there was very dirty also. This hotel is not really a good value for your money. The pathway to the rooms were dark and the outside toilet was very dirty and smelled dirty. The pictures they shown are not the reality you see. Very misleading. It is like an abandoned place. Better pay a little more and booked another hotel until they finished renovation. It was very sad, we payed and we just want to have a relaxed vacation, we waited a whole year for this vacation. But this is what we got. The location is very good though. It ia in the middle of Ao Nang. The cleaning and the restaurant staffs are very nice. That'why im giving a 5 not a 3.

So, it’s ok. The staff were really kind and we were provided with 2 bottles of water everyday.Breakfast was nice aside from seeing a swarm of flies on the uncovered diced tomatoes for the omelette station. This was an okay stay. You can see (and hear) that they’re renovating so hopefully some changes are underway

The bed was HARD and some paint was chipping due to water damage… at one point, water leaked from the floor when you stepped on it. We also heard something crawling on the roof (or in the walls) one night… (can’t leave leftovers out overnight) This was an okay stay. The rooms were of a decent size and very clean. The location is fab - everything was just a short walk away

There was no mosquito repellant, we had to go and buy. Considering this is a basic need for Thailand, this should be available.

The room was perfect size for the 3 of us friends traveling together and the location was centralized to everything we were interested in.

The breakfast wasn't as good as anticipated, but it was okay.

Good sized, clean rooms located near to pool, breakfast room and reception. Located close to amenities.

Pictures of venue were misleading, as there was no restraunt or bar there.

Although the hotel was next to a bigger road, our room wasn't noisy because of the traffic. We also liked the beautiful swimming pool in the garden, and the fact that our balcony was just a few meters away from the pool - we could easily get into the water :) The hotel placement was also good, lot of restaurants, shops and a market nearby, plus the beach was also not too far (cca. 10 minutes of walking).

Some more wardrobes would have been nice in our room, we could not pack out all of our clothes from our suitcases. Also the controller of the air conditioning was not straightforward to use, but the AC unit itself was quite effective.

The room was really nice and spacious. Had all the things you needed. Staff was super lovely and helpful. There’s always cleaning ladies coming to clean your room in the morning which is nice. The breakfast in the morning is very good with a lot of different options. Location is perfect. Is near everything, walking distance from beach, markets etc Overall very happy with my stay.

Impossible to sleep in beds, mold & air con didn’t work. Pool smelt like pneumonia and algae was everywhere.

Pool clean ,breakfast very good,Room beautiful,clean and patio very pleasant. Only problem was that the bed pillows are too hard for me.Beautiful place ,would stay again.

The hotel is looking a little old in places especially in reception and needs to be modernised.

Pool was nice although constantly falling leaves were annoying. Pool was the best part of the hotel.Bedroom was enormous, oddly designed really, sparsely furnished and mismatched but it was spacey and bed was comfortable.

No playground as per listingNo restaurant or bar as per listingAlthough we saw staff sweeping the grounds regularly it just wasnt well maintained in comparison to other hotels.Pool toilets are not nice, there is a big room beside the pool which is unused and a waste of space, more facilities could make this hotel something really nice.The reception windoews are all glass and all dirty, noone seems to have an eye for detail at all. When we arrived, I went directly to reception and complained about the cleanliness of our room, The shower screen was filthy, our bath had hairs in, ther mirrors and glass tables in the room had finger prints all over them, it felt grubby.Credit to the hotel, we went for lunch and this had been rectified upon our return but should not have happened to begin with.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice bonus. A lovely breakfast. Big rooms. A nice outside space to sit.

The rooms were dirty. The bed was hard as granite.The bedding and towels smelt. The drains.were so noisy that they woke me up in the night. The drains also smelt. No air-conditioning in the dining room. So it was very hot in there.

Beautiful rooms and nice pool. Comfy beds and nice shower.
