Really close to the market and the beach (walking distance) but also quite (not directly on the road), great view!

Clean room. clean sheets. clean toilet. clean pool that is very refreshing after a hot day. Free coffee/tea & water station. Cafes nearby, convenience store next door.

water pressure was too low, cant even take a good shower. there is no hot water. Not enough pillows, should give 2 pillows for each person. Air-conditioner wasnt working well. It takes whole day to cool down a small room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the internet was super fast and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available—from a spacious room to great amenities.What really stood out to us, though, was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to organise our ferry tickets to Phi Phi at a great price, which made everything so easy and stress-free.On the day of our checkout, I unfortunately came down with a case of food poisoning (from a meal elsewhere), and the team were incredibly understanding. They helped us reschedule the ferry and even allowed us to stay past the check-out time so I could rest and recover a bit—something we were truly grateful for.Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and support during our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We have stayed at Ben's House before and decided to come back again. After an initial mix up with rooms, we were moved to the room we booked! The upper storey rooms are smaller, and have been refurbished. We had a room with a balcony and a view on the top floor. We loved the sunset views.We used the pool a couple of times. There's nowhere to sit outside, but the fact it's even there is a piece of engineering.The rooms were regularly cleaned. As we were there for an extended stay, once every 2/3 days was fine. Leave the sign on the door and if was done. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There isn't a lift, so great for fitness ?

Location was good. Very good restaurant 2 mins away, 7/11, 10 mins from the beach. Staff were lovely

Room was very dated. Pool was a good size but no Loungers & just in the middle of two buildings. Shower was awful

The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. All the ladies working there were absolute sweethearts! Super kind, helpful, and always welcoming. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was quite outdated and really needs renovation. The furniture was old, and ants were coming from the veneer. The most concerning issue was the bathroom- after showering, I occasionally noticed red worms, around 7-8 cm long, coming out of the drain. This didn’t happen every time, but I started seeing them during my third week.For the price I paid, I expected a renovated room like the ones shown in the pictures. The staff made the stay better, but the room conditions could definitely use some attention.

Great value for money. Hotel is a little old, but it is very clean and comfortable. Personel is nice. Room was spacious, beds are really comfortable. Good location, you can go on foot to the beach and longtail boats. There are lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel has nice swimming pool, where you can relax and cool down after hot day.

It's good location to beach and shops. The room was spacious and quiet.

Staff could be little more accommodating. No breakfast.

On the plus side, the nice staff and the location, because although the main street is not far away, it was quiet there.

The hotel is kept in very poor condition. Apart from the reception, everything is very worn and scares with dirt and rust. The door to our room barely opened, the furniture was very worn and swollen from moisture, and the bed was extremely hard. There was often a problem with hot water. The air conditioning was dirty, the curtains and drapes had not been washed for ages, dust in the wardrobes and on the shelves. The condition of the pool was like the rest of the place. In addition, it was expensive for such conditions.

The room was spacious, the beds were big and comfortable and the location is decent. It is not on the beach front but it is probably a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and makes it more quiet at night.

Good location, friendly employees, clean and nice rooms. The pool is also amazing. Thank you so much for everything, we had a really nice stay!

We loved staying at Ben’s House! The location was excellent (2 min walk from a small market and 7/11, 7 min to Ao Nang Beach, 15 min to a local mosque and tons of cheaper restaurant options). Our room was quite large, with A/C and a fridge. Everything was very clean. There is also a water dispenser downstairs where you can fill your water bottle! We definitely recommend staying at Ben’s House!

Everything was great! In the room we stayed (two twin beds), one of the beds felt quite old (the springs were right on the surface), so if you are a side sleeper, they would really dig into you.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, also very helpful with bookings and other information. It is kind of tucked away from the main road, which was good, but that it meant to walk a bit to get to the centre. There are shops, restaurants and basically everything that you need very near and the beach is also very near. We could leave our stuff there as we have arrived before the checking time, which was also very helpful. There is also a swimming pool, though the water is a bit cold.

There wasn't really much that we didn't like. Breakfast would have been nice I guess.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Staff friendly and helpful.. It was close by everything but not noisy. Pool was refreshing but a bit difficult getting in and out

Lots of stairs, no elevator. Doors were loud to close and our room could use a new toilet.

We love it here EEEEEE . Didn't wanna go home, secluded place from the busy beach and great place to stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The swimming pools is also nice. Will see you again Ben's house <3
