The rooms were comfortable, lots of potential if management would speak with neighbors to reduce noise and clean up the amenities.

The location is absolutely horrible!!!! This should be made clear to potential visitors. We were in the “quietest” room according to the staff and we could not sleep due to the bars/clubs on both sides of the hotel blasting covers of American songs. The pool was full of leaves and bugs also.

The location was excellent and slightly off the main street. The rooms were very big and comfortable.

The room had a very large bed and it was close to the beach

There is no soundproofing, meaning the very loud noise from the bars nearby can still be heard at 2am. The bathroom has a floor to ceiling glass wall on one side, so you have to pull down a blind on the outside of it for some privacy, otherwise you can literally see the whole bathroom from the bed. The rainfall shower was broken or just didn't have enough pressure so it barely dripped, and we had to use the other smaller showerhead. Other guests were also very loud during our stay, waking us up by arguing or talking in the hallway a few times during the early hours of the morning. We had to use ear plugs in the end. On top of all this, we were also moved from one room to the other identical room an hour after we had already checked in and started using the room (at 11pm) after a long day of travelling to Ao Nang, as the staff made a mistake and apparently checked us into the "wrong room".

great price and very comfortable rooms. rooms had enough plugs, usb chargers, and lights you can control from within the bed. shower was great.

hotel seems to be in renovation, i guess that's why the price was so good. still, a very nice hotel

We loved the size of the room and how much storage there was to unpack, loved our little patio and that the beach was just steps away. Staff was all very pleasant.

The room spray that the cleaning people used was so strong, we often had to open the door to ventilate the room which then allowed the mosquitos in. Also the bed/beds were not very comfortable since our large be was actually two beds pushed together, it created a hard spot in the center.

Too loud, everything was loud. Some machines in the balcony making lots of noise, the air on was super super loud and would only work with the fan at maximum. You couldn’t sleep without it because of the heat, you couldn’t sleep with it because of all the noise and how strong it was.You even receive earplugs in the room? they don’t help though.Window was broken so with the wind it would constantly move making noise. Balcony window door would not close completely and would not lock.

Location was good, but not for light sleeper. U can hear music from nearby nightspot but not that bad.

Very odd and old looking lobby (need renovation very very badly)Lobby and front office ppl are the most important. These are the 2 main things we face when we reach our accommodation. Parking is bad for those driving. 3 to max 4 cars need to park front back position. Not easy to reserve or park back if u are the 1st one to leave.

Rooms getting a little run down.

Highly encouraged as its cheap. Lift service. Best location with balcony of sea view. Walking distance to beach (I was there with my mom. Shes very old but still managed to walk up to the beach area as it was damn close). Surrounded with many shops, 7-11, pharmacy, restaurants and etc with affordable price. Easily accessible by vehicles. Good house keeping.

The songs from nearby restaurants can be abit noisy but nothing to worry as the hotel provide ear plug which was comfortable to use.

Slightly run down, stains in some places. Holes in walls. Toilet seat yellow.

Bathroom had a plate glass wall which I walked into bruising my head, no shelves in the shower to place soap, shampoo etc.

The views were stunning, proximity to eateries and shops.

a bit dated, needs a bit of a revamp. Also no bar or dinner despite it being on a sign. Also no room service or smart TV.

Stayed here 2 years ago and couldn’t fault the hotel, returned on this trip and the hotel needs cleaning properly, redecorating & doors fixing

It’s very dated don’t expect the ritz. But it’s clean. The staff are great and organised a great boat trip for us too.

Close to the bars, restaurants and shops.The room was very close to the beach.Good breakfast and the staff who serves the breakfast are very friendly.

The bathroom was shabby what I have not expected.The room was smaller compared with the other rooms, what I saw at the map of the escape routes.The music of the neighbour party hostel was very loud.Wifi was slow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Reception were able to book taxis for us when necessary. Housekeepers came in daily to clean our room and change the towels and replenish the toiletries. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel. The restaurants and bars are a short walk away, as are the souvenir shops and longtail boats to access Railay beach.

We were quite close to a hostel that as the 2 weeks went on, got louder at all times of day.... this is not the hotel's fault, but if you struggle to sleep with noise, then this may not be the place for you. The music can be heard all day by the pool, which was not an issue for us, but again, if you want somewhere quiet, this isn't it! The pool was starting to look cloudy by week 2 and the filter was only put on towards the end of the day which had been on constant when we first arrived.Our balcony had no view, other than the wall of another building!!!!

Over priced and not maintain properly

Room service were not done . We were charged $1100 how ever booking web was showing $1003.

Location - at the center of aonang and very close to the boat ticket office. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies and convenience shops nearby as well as several ATM machines.

- reception: staff was quite rude (lady named Patnam P.), she aggressively took out my credit card out of my hand to pay, while I was still confirming in the booking app if it had been paid or not. Also spoke to us very aggressively. - hotel and room cleanliness: there’s dust everywhere, from the moment you step on the elevator. If you are prone to allergies I wouldn’t reccomend as all my allergies flared up at this hotel.- housekeeping: always forgot to put toilet rolls, room was dusty (dust in bedside lamps was very visible).
