Really friendly staff

Good location and clean place. Good service.

Beds should be a bit softer. But was not so bad.

Unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards due to the following issues:•The room was extremely dirty, with hair in the bed and bathroom.•There were insects in the room.•The hotel staff refused to either change our room or clean it, despite multiple complaints.We had booked four rooms but were forced to sleep in the two least dirty ones, which were still in unacceptable condition.Additionally, I had booked another night at the same hotel and would like to request a free cancellation and the to the poor conditions during our stay.I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a full refund for the reservation and ensuring the cancellation of the additional night without penalties.

For one night it was nice nothing more than that.

I would not stay more than a night. We stayed there because we had a flight the next day. Besides the market that is right next to the hotel there is nothing to do.

We arrived late at night and the staff at the reception greeted us with kindness and patience. Check in process was very quick. Our room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The next morning we were allowed to check out a little bit later which made our lives easier (travelling with baby). Amazing experience, will definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Krabi.

Location was great right on top of night market and surrounded by places to eat all within walking distance.Ideal for single travelers.would recommend not sure what made my room super deluxe nothing special.

Great location in the centre of Krabi. Hot water in the shower was really good.

Air conditioning noisy. Traffic below, & a large coach parking up with its motor running for the air conditioning, early morning & late evening, added to the noise and fumes particularly in the bathroom! There was an open fly screened small window in the bathroom which had no glass, so sound & fumes entered! Shower next to the toilet meant the toilet got wet! Lamination coming off the doors! A metal cage on the wall, only vaguely passed as a tatty wardrobe! The room had clearly seen better days!!

Location is very good

The receptionist gave me the room’s key. When I turn the key, the key is broken. Then they moved us to different room. So bizarre, as I never experienced this all of my life. Groups of school children were staying and having so much noise. There were playing with the lift.

TV controls not working. No tea or coffee provided. Unfriendly staff at Reception. No information was available about outdoor activities.Central air conditioning not very good. Wash basin was outside the bathroom. Charged 3 per cent commission for a debit card which is not the norm. Lobby not air conditioned. Will never return here

Need better PR skills

I paid more than double the price of what I saw online ,only to be given a room that was the same as half price .We had a late flight out next day and I asked could we have a 2 pm checkout .They said 1 pm was the latest ,otherwise it would be 200 baht extra ,despite countless rooms being unused .We left our bags in the lobby while we went out and came back at 2:15 and noticed our room was still the same and hadn’t been cleaned

Location is perfect, next to the nightmarket and many great restaurants.
