My room entered directly to the pool which was lovely and the breakfast was yummy. The room was also very large.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and the door has a gap underneath that’s quite big so massive cockroaches were coming in from outside. The staff here were also not friendly.

Great stay at greenview village resort. This hotel is off the main strip which was more secluded and quieter than the hustle and bustle. Loved the pool and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. It was very clean and well kept every day, rooms were nice and clean and always stocked up the next day. The only downfall was the beds were very hard. Beach shuttle was a plus for getting into town and to catch the long tail boats to the other islands. Breakfast was good, however, hot plates would be a great addition to keeping the food warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful! My mom stayed in the single huts which were attached to one another. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything next door.

The two pools are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast included is also quite good. I stayed in a basic room but there are variety of options available. In terms of value for money, I feel like this is one of the best in the area (I stayed at 3 diff hotels in my time in Ao Nang). I would definitely return here based on what you get for what you pay.

The staff weren’t the friendliest and the room I stayed in was a budget double which wasn’t the most amazing but it did do the trick. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the beach but there is tons of stuff around so I don’t feel like the location is a bad thing. However, if you want to be right at the beach then maybe keep looking.

The location is great, far from the chaos but well connected to the beach with a free shuttle service.

The breakfast was quite mediocre. The place has a beautiful background and a very nice garden and pool but most of the compound looks not well maintained and a bit run down.

The hospitality and staff in Green View Village Resort was very friendly.

The breakfast was not great. They did not have any vegetarian options as well. For tourists from India, it is extremely important for resorts/hotels to have vegetarian/ vegan options as many follow vegetarian only diet. The rooms could have been better.

Great room, swmming pools, and facilities in general. I would stay there again but also think it is valid to try some other places around.

There is no gym and the breakfast was quite small for the type of hotel. I was expecting more in these two items.

The resort was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Beds were a little hard. Noisy late at night, you can’t shut the door quietly when leaving, you have to lock the door and pull close. There’s about a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door, so I feel like it contributed to some of the noise.

It's hard to communicate with the staff administratively. I coordinated this trip for a group of teenagers from the United States, and I had a very difficult time getting ahold of the staff before the start of the trip in order to properly manage the booking.

Everyone was super friendly, also great location. They did also have hourly shuttle where they can take you to the beach and also pick up.

all good. nothing to dislike. it's a nature resort.so I don't care when people say there are insects or reptiles around but surely you expect to be amidst nature and should embrace the flora and fauna

Not very much.

Communal areas especially around the swim up rooms need urgent attention. These were not regularly cleaned, sun beds old and tattered needing replacing.Reception staff rude and unhelpful one person in particular.Breakfast was cold and unappetising. Staff in the restaurant were lazy and dismissive when the owner was not around spending time on their phones ignoring guests requests.Bus that drops and picks you up from the beach does not always pick you up as arranged.Staff at the bar area on two occasions cheated me when giving change for drinks purchased this was 500 baht on one occasion until challenged.

Next to restaurants and shops. Beautiful breakfast buffet.

They decorated my room because I told them I was there for my honeymoon, which I loved. The resort is in the middle of mother nature, surrounded by green. The hill view was awesome. There was a great restaurant opposite of the hotel, a must try. We ate both meals from there it was so good.

A bit far from the beach but loved it.

Lovely hotel with bungalows spaced around a pool and small wild pond. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is good, a 1km walk from the beach. The breakfast is ok. The rooms need a refresh, but i would come back. Nice place

We liked the 2 bathrooms in our family room. The family room was also a great size.The pools were great and backdrop of scenery was fabulous. We loved using the shuttle service - very handy. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous.

Breakfast really let the hotel down, very little choice and nothing there when we came down half an hour before close of service. The staff on breakfast were very different to reception staff. The guy on eggs was unfriendly towards us (not sure if only us). The ladies were giggly too when we spoke to them, with a language barrier it felt awkward.
