Breakfast buffet was great. Pool was lovely. Staff all over the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy.

The gym was not great. Our group had to find a gym elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful pool and comfy, clean rooms. The included breakfast was good - there was a huge variety with a focus on Thai, Indian, and Western options. The location is also great, within easy walking to the beach and the transfers to Railay beach, restaurants and bars, and the night market. The room was also perfectly quiet at night.

The prices on food and beverages at the hotel were quite high. While this is not unusual at hotels with on-site restaurants in Thailand, I found it particularly bad here. For example, outside of happy hours a cocktail was close to 300 THB and a pad thai the same. I also found it quite frustrating that service fees (10%) and taxes (7%) are not included in any listed prices, though this was transparently stated on all menus. Typically it is included on menus in Thailand however.Luggage storage was available, but the bags were just kept in reception by the front desk, where anyone could walk in. There is a tagging system (bags are tagged with your name), but we would have felt better if the bags had been stored in a separate room vs just right in the main entrance.Not a problem for us, but kind of a weird quirk is that the bathroom in the room had a window into the bedroom. There were blinds on the bathroom, but these can only be opened and closed from the bedroom side. We just kept them closed, but maybe weird depending on your relationship to the person you're rooming with.

The pool is pretty nice if you're traveling with kids.

Breakfast has a lot of options, but in my opinion most of them are of poor quality. Bedroom was really moist and not very clean.

The location of the hotel is superb, right at the junction of both the beaches. Breakfast was pretty varied. Our room had views of the other block of rooms of the hotel, but nothing to complain. Overall it was a very nice stay. It is close to Ao Nang beach as well as the night market. July is no off season, it was sunny and there were a lot of tourists.

The price which I got from booking.com initially was pretty much less. But just 3 days before my travel, it was cancelled by the partner of booking.com, which caused a lot of inconvenience as I had to pay a higher amount. Also, the price mentioned on the hotel website was pretty less which I realized only after confirming my non-refundable reservation via booking.com. Next time onwards, I would definitely check the individual hotel website before confirming with booking.com as their "Lowest price guarantee" is not reliable. No complains whatsoever for the hotel, it was really nice. Swimming pool depth seemed very less but I didn't use it either.

Convenient location

I paid for the property in advance, but upon arrival, I was asked to pay a deposit and was assured that it would not be charged. However, I was charged again. I contacted the hotel by email to resolve the issue but received no response. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I won’t be staying at this hotel again

Staffs are very helpful, polite, and professional. The chef who cooked omelette at the breakfast time was smile and friendly no matter the weather is so hot and too much order.

The room smelled musty and the equipment such as the faucet and the lamp broke when I first moved in. I had to call a repairman, but he came quickly and fixed it.

Location was brilliant, right in the centre with walking distance to everything you needed. Night market just 5 minutes walk away. And restaurant just round the corner as well as a 7/11 near by.

Strangely they took all the towels from the room some time before noon and then returned clean ones around an hour later. Maybe the hotel doesn’t have enough towels in stock

The property was in a good location plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with any issues we had.

The beach was about a 10/15 minute walk and then you have to get a long tail boat to a nice beach you can actually sit on. Ao nang beach is pretty much a taxi rank for long tail boats. If you are a family looking for a beach nearby I’d look elsewhere for a hotel. The room was booked for 2 adults 2 children, the two double beds were not big enough to accommodate this, the room was also dirty along with hallways. The staff switched our rooms at no extra cost and the next room was clean and more spacious.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were super friendly in particular Khun Wawa and Namwan. The kids club was a bonus. We’d love to come back.

Great location and was fantastic we could walk to the night market, bars and restaurants so easily. Krabi has lots to offer but is very busy. I was travelling with my grown up daughter and she loved it, I prefer a quieter life now. The hotel staff are exceptional and made our stay perfect. Always so happy, helpful and smiling. They really did make us feel so welcome. We upgraded to a swim up room, which was great, and as opposite the pool bar (which was very quiet), they were so sweet and would always offer to bring us drinks over. They really did make our stay perfect. The hotel is great for families and people wanting to be right in town. Was a great place to stop on our travels and thank you to all the absolutely lovely staff who made our stay perfect ?
