Dee Andaman Hotel

Nice pool and people/staff were helpful and kind. Location is good for transfer boats to Koh Lanta and arrangement to Railay Beach was fantastic by longboat.

Sheets were brown...no telling if they are really clean. Dark tile in bath...same issue.

The pool was nice though the pool chairs and recliners were disgusting , the balcony in the room was nice to have.

The staff was not helpful, very far from anywhere we wanted to go, such as railay and ao nang beach, cleanliness was not up to par, though the bed was clean

Wish it had a hot tub

Ants all over the tables where you eat. Flies all over the buffet breakfast. Staff was not helpful at all when I was sick and asked for a doctor.

The hotel room is very spacious and pretty. Plenty of parking space and have swimming pool. The owner is the nicest person weve met.

Spacious, beautifully decorated room & bathroom. Great pool. Hotel is in a quiet are but close to town centre. 7/11 in walking distance. Easy scooter hire at hotel (150-200 TBH per day). Friendly & helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Ive booked an very nice 4 island tour through the hotel with pick up at hotel. Krabi town is interesting and much more relaxed than Ao Nang. Ao Nang is an easy 25 min ride on the scooter. I can highly recommend this hotel and Im looking forward staying there again.

Was clean and comfy. The staff was also very nice and the rooms are bigger than others in Thailand.

Maybe the location isn't the best. But still 10 min ride from Krabi markets.

We loved to stay here because of the great service and helpful staff. The room was clean and the wifi worked great. The AC was perfect and we even had a tv with Netflix. The service at the reception was exceptional and so many extras were complimentary. We were able to rent a scooter here at a much cheaper rate than at local shops. 5 stars for the food as well, every single meal was delicious. It was the best food we had during our trip. Besides this, staff even offered us to have a shower before our late flight, although we had already checked out midday. The swimming pool was well looked after and clean. Location was great as well, close to the airport and tiger cave temple. Couldnt recommend this place more.

Important that was the telephone no. Of the hotel dont function. We had try to contact the hotel but it not possible. Please try to change the as quickly as you.It so important to contact the hotel. We were disappointed.

The bad quality ironing and the table so lower quality.

We are very pleasantly surprised. Nice and helpful owner and staff, peace and quiet, neat large rooms with older-style wooden furniture, atmospheric lighting, comfortable large bed. There is a swimming pool with a deep area, perfect for foreigners. Great fast internet. Great restaurant - fresh dishes, large portions for a very good price - I really recommend it. Everyone is involved and provides advice and assistance to visiting tourists. You can see that this is a hotel with passion. I sincerely recommend it. The nearest 7 Eleven store or ATM 400 m (5 min walk) :)

Everything was fine and complaining about anything would be very unfair to the owner and staff who really try to make your stay at the hotel as good as possible.

Facilites, large room, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. And very cheap room, maybe because of the low season? A luxurious cheap accommodation.

The owner took us to the pier the next day to catch our ferry

Nothing the place needs a total revamp The bathroom smelt terrible of sewage There was no tea making facilities in the roomThe kitchen shut at 19.00 so we could not get anything to eat so we had to go into town the owner took us but we got a taxi back because it was to far to walk back I would not stay here again The taxi driver told us the hotel was very popular but not anymore because it had gone down hill

We loved our stay here. Short 15 minute walk to town. Clean and spacious rooms. The host was very kind and helped us book our onward trips. It's also very close to the wonderful Nong Joke restaurant. Great value for money.

Shower pressure wasn't good, small things needed attention, like faucets being loose, showerhead being broken, and the fridge door falling off.

The staff was by FAR the friendliest we've met in Thailand. The man at the reption was super friendly, gave us free breakfast, recommended a lot of sights to see and restaurants, helped us rent a car and was just generally super nice. The room was absolutely fantastic for the price, own balcony, AC, spacious, big bed and nice bathroom. The only thing I would slighty critize is the mattress, it was quite hard but as I prefer soft beds in general so that's a subjective opinion. All in all I would highly reccomend this place and would visit it again in a heartbeat!
